I was pleasantly surprised by how solid this table is. We’ve used it for two months now and the table top doesn’t scratch easily. It’s very beautiful. Assembly was fairly straightforward.

This is a “buy-it-once” kind of table. It solves the small-space dilemma without feeling flimsy or “temporary.” It’s sophisticated enough for a formal dinner but durable enough for daily use as a workspace. The assembly took me a few days because there are lot of parts!

Broke when extending.
Slide extension is very difficult. I lubricated it and it was still hard to open. I spend hours putting gather. Then when I was done, the extension slide wouldn’t open…. Ugh.. The exterior wood panel broke as I was trying to extend. Now I have a cracked panel and I had to screw it in with exterior screws. To return it, I was going to have to put it in original box, well….I had already put it together…. So I wasn’t going to take it apart.

Great table for the money, looks about like the pictures and feels sturdy/stain resistant enough but time will tell. Assembled in about 2 hours, the instructions and parts were nearly foolproof.
