Quality Product
For the money I was impressed with the quality of this fan. Assembly was a little challenging and I have put up many a fan. Follow the picture for placement of the cone shaped section which just slides down on the top of the motor. The controller goes between the ceiling mounting bracket and the ceiling electric box. The wires gave me some consternation so plan for this. The controller barely fits the trim housing but it does fit. The only thing to criticize is the light. It seems flimsy for such a nice high quality fan and there is no dimmer. After installing hundreds of fans over the years this was the only one I did not need to balance. Absolutely no wobble!!! noise!!! And it moves air like crazy. I can recommend this product.

Great large fan! Not that easy to install, this took hours and required help as it is quite heavy. Durability is great and puts off a great amount of air. Make sure you have lots of space as it can be a bit overwhelming if in a small room.

This fan is very solid and looks great. I have tall ceilings in a great room and it moves air very well.The only reason i gave it a four was because of the humming noise i can barely hear. If i had to choose between that noise and a $500 fan, ill take the noise. Its definitely worth every penny

Great fan
This fan is perfect for our patio, it looks and works great. I really like that we don’t have to keep up with the remote, we can use it from where it’s mounted. It was easy to install. The light isn’t super bright, but it’s bright enough to sit outside comfortably at night. Would definitely recommend, great value for the price.

Bad defect fan
Worked for 4 weeks. Remote or receiver defective.Tried contacting seller. Not able too. No phone no email nothing . You can’t return or refund the fan.Amazon CS was no help either.Im very upset. Spent a lot of money on this fan.Buyer beware…..!!!!

Okay fan
I installed this fan on my covered back porch. Installation went well until last step, installing the light kit cover. Discovered the light kit cover had a huge crack, straight out of box. Tried to get the seller to help me get the cover instead of replacing the whole fan. No response, even with Amazons customer service’s help. Ended up ordering another fan to get just the cover. Frustrating. Okay, about the fan. This is a good fan, moves air well, is very quiet and looks very nice. But… the remote controller needs to be improved. Turning on the wall switch turns on the light kit, not the fan. Then I have to use the remote to turn off the light kit and turn on the fan. Every time. Alexa can’t turn on the fan via my “smart switch” without this interaction on my part. More frustration. I would rate the fan higher if the power up process worked better with Alexa.
