Missing parts
Missing parts , the track is missing, the clearPackage is completely empty, I am asking for a change lets see how I get the other package, I have to wait now 3 more days

No Adjustability
This barn door kit is like many sold on Amazon. They all work well and are similar in construction. This one however has a different system to prevent/lock the upper corner of the door preventing it from rolling off the rail. While others use a bolt which goes into a notch in the rail, this kit uses a C clamp. The problem with the C clamp is there is no adjustability. Other doors I have installed have a notch which allows you to adjust the door plus prevents the top outer roller from moving/ locks the top hinge point. This C clamp does not lock the top hinge point. The only way to fix this problem is to get a longer bolt to contact the rail and lock it in. Perhaps this is a manufacturing issue but as it stands there are better ones outs there without this issue. Speaking of the instructions, these are not the best. I could barely read it with my reading glasses . They are not printed large enough to make out what measurements they are speaking about.In summary this kit can be installed but there are others out there with better instruction for beginners and better design.Thank you for taking the time to read my review and photos of this product. Good quality. Not a simple as expected.
This is a solid product and seems like a quality build but have not been able to install yet as accommodating to use in a specific space is not as simple as it appeared to be.

Works, but a struggle with poor instructions and substituted parts
First, when assembled, this works fine. I had a 6′ opening that where I wanted to make the room a home office, and there was no room on each side for conventional doors. The good part is it looks great and works well once installed. The not so good part is that the parts do not match the instructions (all there to complete the door, just different than shown in the instructions so you are left to figure it out). This was the first door of this type that I installed, and while I have installed many pocket and conventional doors, I found the instructions lacking in details for this installation. I did resort to looking up videos on the internet to fill in the gaps.

Very pretty hardware, requires help to install
This hardware looks really good and looks nice with our poplar panels. I recommend having help to install it, so it is easier. A laser level is also beneficial to get it level. The panels slide easily.

Great for the price. The instructions are useless. One piece of advice- put your screw holes as close to the edge of your door as possible. The photo reference is deceptive. Looks as if the brackets should be inset about an inch, but this then causes the edges of the door to catch on the frame. Had to redrill and move right to the edge, now the Door works flawlessly.

Missing bits (stoppers and handles) quality control is negative 5. It came with some parts sealed, some in ziplock and a busted up box. Do not buy this from this store.
