Don’t waste your money
This couch isn’t even worth the time it took to put to put together. Not only did the product come broken, but it wasn’t even assembled correctly from the factory. I had to take parts off of the couch in order to put them on the right way. Worst of all this couch can not support any weight the second you lean back the couch will give out under your weight. There are large gaps in the backrest that you could fall through. Don’t waste your money. I tried contacting support and they were absolutely no help.

Perfect!!
Please be advised that you will be receiving the sectional modification provided in the listing photo.I initially received 1 wrong box (out of 4). I contacted the seller for a replacement. I had a small hiccup, but eventually received the missing box. Overall, the shipment process took roughly 2wks (including shipment of the correct box).I love my sectional. It’s sturdy, yet comfortable. The initial purpose is for guest as we don’t have a guest best. The real perk of this sectional is that every piece reclines. The pullout is roughly a full size bed, but with all backs reclined, it’s a little bit bigger than a queen, but smaller than a king.I recommend this product 100%. The seller has great customer service to include timely responses. Assembly was a breeze as well. Size of sectional is valuable for the money spent (caught it with a $100 coupon).

Would buy again!
I purchased this couch as my old loveseat was wore out. I was skeptical to purchase a couch off of Amazon, especially one with only 1 other review. But, Jack reached out to me the same night of my purchase to provide me the tracking numbers of each individual box so that I could track everything. Originally the ship date was December 22, but I got it on December 13th, just days after ordering. Everything was very well packaged! It took myself and another person 45 minutes to open and get set up. Every item was great quality, specifically the wood bases. The one issue that we ran into was that the seat with the pull out part was very hard to get to sit straight against the floor. Finally after some time, of pulling it out and inserting it back in, we got it to go in straight, and it was a perfect fit. The cushion are still rising as they come shrink wrapped and compressed. Overall, I would recommend this couch to someone that is looking for one. The color is a dark grey and very soft. I love the depth on the couch as well. It is deep enough that I can sit criss cross and don’t have anything hanging off the front. Also, mine has the reclining backs. They take some getting use to and trying to figure out where to place them for the most comfort, but they are super easy to set once you get the hang of it. This is more on the firm side, but I don’t mind it. I was able to nap on it Sunday and it was quite supportive.

Estamos encantado es perfecto para nuestra sala pequeña
El juego se sofá L es muy como la tela es muy suave y nos ayuda mucho en el almacén para cobijas ya la sala se encuentra limpia, lo único malo que rechina mucho de un lado y eso no es muy cómodo con el ruido cada vez que se sienta uno o se levanta. Fue muy fácil de armarlo

Back swivel hinge broke within a month of owning it. Customer service was useless. Now I’m out $800

Excellent for small spaces and pet owners.
We’re extremely happy with this sofa. I have a family of 4 with 2 dogs and a very small house. It’s always difficult finding a sofa that maximizes seating without compromising space. It’s great because the structure feels sturdy and firm enough to give you ideal support with a material that is soft enough for the comfort desired to be super cozy. Our 2 dogs shed and the corduroy has been, BY FAR, the best material when dealing with dog hair.
