I ordered the loveseat, which were delivered separately, not at the same time. Received the right sided seat and it took a week to receive the left sided seat, for which I thought it was, it looked like I was sent the same armrest twice?! Messaged customer service support about this matter. Got a message back next day stating that the armrest is interchangeable. Which I didn’t know and its not clearly written on the manualAnyhow, it was easy to put together at least. The seat cushions are plush and comfortable. Power reclines well, although the buttons were underneath the seat cushion which is a bit inconvenient. May not be suitable for tall persons as there is no head support, you would have to scoot down or place another pillow at the head for comfort.
