Edit- the company has refunded our money and was very easy work with.I bought this couch for my daughter. She loved it. Until it broke less than a week after getting it. When she pulled out the “bed” portion, she heard a snap and the back seat portion now sinks and falls down. Now I’m out almost $1000 and she has a non functioning couch. I realize it’s a “less expensive” couch than one could buy in a store, but for nearly $1000 with delivery, it should have latest years. Not days!!! Buyer beware.

The couch came in three huge and heavy boxes. Luckily my husband was home when they arrived or else I couldn’t have carried them in myself. The couch was very easy to assemble. The cushions are kind of stiff but seem to be softening up the more we use it. I love the storage it has and I also love the cup holders. I came across this couch on TikTok and am happily surprised with the quality. I definitely would recommend this couch.

The comfort and aesthetic of this couch is great. HOWEVER, it is sooo terribly made. The small black wheels on both sides of where it can be pulled out have broken on us multiple times. We reached out to customer service and they sent us new parts but at this point the same thing keeps happening regardless of the new parts. We have only had the couch since May and have replaced this same part 3 times. Be really cautious as this couch can be a hazard, our dog frequently goes under the couch on the side where it is open and the couch will just collapse under our body weight. At this point I just want a refund due to the poor construction of the couch. I would not say there is good value for the money, although the couch is affordable I wish I had gotten a different couch that was actually functional.

Good if you are on a budget. There is extra padding on the seat so they are comfortable. The foam does sink in when you seat on it. The sofa is on the lighter side and made not be able to carry extra heavy weight (it makes noise when I don’t seat on it gently)
