GREAT sleeper sofa but one seat cushion has a tear on it. UPDATE about the below. I want people to know what the issue is but also how excellent the Seller was in resolving the issue:Seller was fantastic. They contacted me immediately to resolve the issue and sent the replacement cover that was needed for the couch. It arrived quickly and I'm good to go! They even followed up to ensure I received it and that I was happy with it.The Sofa is EXCELLENT. Comfortable and HUGE. My living room looks great with it. I live in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and it fits very well. Super happy with this purchase and more importantly, with the Seller. Some of my comments below about assembly are just my sense of humor. Once it's assembled, it's so rewarding to see it there.OLD COMMENT:One of the seat cushions has a tear on it.Seller: Feel free to contact me to resolve and I will update my review. I’ve attached 2 pics. One out of the box and one post assembly so you know which one it is. (Seller contacted me FAST and RESOLVED FAST).This thing is GREAT. Comfortable and big when in the sleeper mode. I’m 6’3 and I can lay comfortably on it. Sofa mode is also great. I love the material.Assembling it is a project and it would have been worth the extra $99 to have someone else do it. I recommend it. . It took me 3 hours to put together because of all the bolts. Easy to assemble. Just time consuming by yourself.- Have bad back problems? Assemble this and you’ll appreciate the ones you had over the ones you now have.- At peace in life? Assemble this to appreciate the peace you had before you assembled it.- Never sworn before in your life and want a quick lesson on it? Assemble this and your vulgar vocabulary will improve significantly. Phrase you’ll use the most: “Are you F’ing kidding me???”- Your neighbors have no idea who you are? Assemble this and they will from all of the yelling you’ll do while putting it together. Hours of “fun”. Note the air quotes.

Terrible instructions, missing nuts, wholes don’t line up
very nice couch, but the instructions are terrible, I hired a assembler, and he had problems, holes didn’t line up, nuts missing totally ridiculous. Also the back is very low, that makes leaning back uncomfortable.And why do all these companies make the bed so low to the ground on these sofa beds. I gave it 4 stars any way. But what I did was pulled out the bed and bought a air mattress to go on top.

Very nice and comfy sofa First, two boxes were delivered to me in the morning; it was only half of the sofa, and I was very upset. But in the evening, another box arrived, and I started assembling it. I ordered the apricot color, but in reality, it's a more delicate golden ivory and perfectly matches my furniture. The fabric is of very high quality. The difficulty level of assembly is comparable to a Lego set for adults. If you don't want to waste your time, it's better to hire someone. I'm a woman, and I assembled it myself because it calms me down, and I enjoy the process. The sofa is very beautiful and comfortable. I'm very happy that I ordered it.

Not worth the money
SO Disappointed, VERY HARD, so low to the ground, uncomfortable to sit in and the “Ottoman” it came with is a bunch of pillows you have to stack and then put a pillow case like thing over it and it doesn’t even zip or close up.

Comfy and elegant
Super comfortable sofa, I especially love the seat depth. It took a while to put together and definitely needs two people, it wasn’t my favorite activity. We haven’t used the sleeper part yet, but are pleased with the luxurious look and feel.
