I will admit I was sceptical at 1st. But ordered the couch anyways. I cannot even explain how beyond happy I am with this couch. It’s perfect. It fits amazingly in my living room. Very functional. It’s very comfortable. I love the side pockets have t lost my remotes yet. The couch looks exactly like the picture and the color is spot on. Just make sure you pay attention to the left and right rised thing. I got the left but should of gotten the right never the less it works and I’m way over the moon with it. Price was definitely in my budget range. I under estimated the purchase.

Must buy!
The value for the price is solid. One thing to note, if you are ordering this for a son, daughter, niece, or nephew, the box is fairly heavy and they may need help moving it, especially if this is meant as an apartment starter (not on the first floor). The backrest is slightly on the short side, but overall the feel and comfort are excellent. Be sure to allow a full 48 hours before use so it can fully expand and regain its fluffiness. I would definitely recommend this and would purchase it again for someone else. Very sturdy and looks great in any room!

Cozy and comfortable
Super fast shipping got here 4-5 days early. Easy to set up just take the plastic off and slide in desired space. Takes about 72 hours to fully fluff up again. Fabric is very soft, easy to vacuum and clean. Comfortable to not sit on and take a nap

Slides Apart, No Back Support
It slides around terribly on my floors. Especially when you sit down. The pillows do not support leaning back, since its so low you will flip right off of it or right on to the floor while trying to sit down if it is not up against a wall or something.

Nice and comfy
Like the couch its comfortable and soft. The only problem is had was I wanted a left facing (where the chaise part was on my left side) instead I got a right facing chaise. Reading the order and checking the box label would have solved it. Assembly was easy.

So comfortable I have been sleeping on it every night lol
Very comfortable, it blew up within a couple of hours and was easy to move around and get situated in my space. The wide seats are also very nice. The chaise is the right size for me but for someone who is taller than 5’2″ might not work!

Amazon Rep did good, product is good!
The customer service rep for Amazon I talked to was very accomodating in assisting with the issues I had and was vsry polite. The product itself is very comfortable and I have fallen asleep on it several times already.
