Awesome service great sofa set UPDATE!
100% happy.UPDATE!we have the livingroom set now for 1.5 years and sadly some of the stitching is coming apart. But i can’t blame the manufacturers to much, we do have 3 big and 2 little dogs and they can be rough housing by jumping around on the furniture. I ordered some stick on leather patches and covered the damaged areas with it. Easy and efficient fix.Overall the set is doing just fine and the single recliners still works perfect under a lot of use.I still believe the buy was worth it.We bought this set about 1 year ago and usually I do not do updates but, i believe this livingroom set is worth one. We do have 3 big and 2 small dogs, we are also living on a horse farm and we walk in and out with our barn/ riding clothes all day long. The whole set looks just like the day it got delivered! The material is sturdy and scratch resistent and there is no fading. The single recliner is still working perfectly fine with multiple daily use and is ver sturdy for its size.Now, this set is not the most cosy one, its pretty firm but the quality rocks. I would buy it again in a heartbeatIt’s also very easy to clean. Customer service is outstanding, just read previous review.The picture shows that it holds plenty of dogs. Go buy it!I usually don’t get into any big reviews besides giving stars. But this company is the best i have ever dealt with. When we unpacked the items we found a rather big damage to the 3 seater cushion. After texting the company i had a reply within 1 day and with no hassle they let me know that they will replace the 3 seater and we could keep the damaged on. We will donate that sofa to a habitat for humanity store. The cushion can be fixed up with some fabric. How awesome is this? Great customer service!Now the living room set is quite nice to look at, sturdy and comfy. All together they have 4 recliners which work great. Set up was as easy as it can get!I am due for a dining room set and will make sure to use the same company.I am a happy customer!
