Doors are nice, but functionality is complicated and confusing
Hmmm … I bought this oven for my daughter because she enjoys cooking and baking. However, she found the instructions very confusing. Even after trying to read them, she struggled to understand, which took away from the joy of making cookies for her friends and instructors. She is willing to give it another try, but if she continues to have trouble with it, we will have to return it.

Menu operation cumbersome
Wife had issues with the menu system. Not really as easy as the last model we had.

As its stainless(Many Aren’t) you can CLEAN this oven!!
First off this is a very stylish looking piece of hardware, secondly its simple to use, has nice large screen to work with and easy to make adjustments in TIME & TEMPERATURE on the fly! Fair amount of try accessories come with the oven and since its presence is more vertically dominant it doesn’t take up that much room. In short, for the Price….THIS ITEM IS A WINNER!

My second fryer
Much quieter than my last fryer with much more internal room. I love the basket option and drip pan makes cleanup easy.Also has fast heat up. The feet are a little slippery on my counter. Overall its great.

Air fryer works very well. Pans difficult to clean
The air fryer works very well and is easy to clean. However, cleaning the racks and drip pan is more work as they are not Teflon coated. I addressed this with their customer service, and they responded with an offer to replace the machine. Since I am very pleased with the performance of the machine, I opted to not take advantage of this offer.
