Loved the size options. Very lightweight and easy to wash. Not for heavy water flows I don’t think but protective nonetheless. I really like mine for my purposes.

Perfect! I really like the colour. Looks as described. Recently got a puppy and I donât know if I can trust his bladder and I donât want to wash 7 loads to wash my bedding. Iâm allergic, too. So I wanted sonething I could put over my blankets and wash more often to keep my bedding allergen free.

Bed protection
It keeps your bed clean, but it spreads a lot. Keeps anything you have underneath of it clean and dry but, it puddles on top and spreads quickly leading to a bigger mess to clean.G

Really is waterproof!
I always look for a product that is waterproof to cover an ottoman that my cat, for some reason, likes to pee on. Before I even put any waterproof cover on the ottoman, I put a tight-fitting waterproof cover on it first (because the current cover I was using was supposed to be waterproof, but the urine always went through it and directly onto AND into the ottoman). Then I would have to pull out my “Green Machine” to wash the ottoman, which is a lot of work trying to absorb the urine and get the smell out. Please excuse me mentioning another product but FYI “Angry Orange” is an amazing product and is an excellent addition for washing dog beds, covers or whatever needs a little extra help for smelling good and removing the urine smell. It’s a concentrate (and smells like oranges), so you just put a few drops in with your liquid detergent. It’s awesome!So, I bought this throw, put it on the ottoman and then waited for the cat to pee on it eventually. She didn’t disappoint me. She peed on it and THIS COVER DID WHAT IT SAYS IT WILL DO. It is absolutely waterproof. Nothing went through it and the tight-fitting cover beneath was NOT wet and did NOT have any smell on it. I WAS THRILLED! FINALLY, SOMETHING THAT IS TRUE TO IT’S WORD!!!!!But here was my problemâ¦ because the urine didn’t leak through, it sat on top of the cover so when my cat peed on it in one of the corners of the ottoman, it ran down the side of it and onto the floor. So, this cover won’t be good for the ottoman, but I still truly recommend this product, because it does work! I had not taken into consideration that the urine would sit on top of the cover. Had the urine not run down the side and onto the floor, my dog would have jumped up on ottoman eventually to lay on it and look out the window and could have laid in the urine. Not everyone is dealing with the cat pee situation and will be using it for normal circumstances, so this really could work well for you.I love the material and how it looks so clean and neat. I will still be using this cover on a small couch that is designated “the dog’s couch” which I keep covered at all times. I don’t want “the wet spot” from him licking his paws, etc., or any hair and possible doggy smell going directly on the couch. This way, I can wash and dry the throw, put it back on the couch and everything stays smelling great. By the way, this washes and dry’s really well and quickly.If youâre looking for a cover something so regular spills donât soak into your couch, bed or whatever, this cover is PERFECT. If itâs to cover a piece of furniture that your cat likes to pee on, then it might not be for you because of the urine sitting on top of the throw. All in all, itâs a great product and I’m going to buy another one to have on hand.I apologize for the lengthy review, but this is the kind of information I look for when reading a review on an item I want to buy.

It REPELS liquid!!!
We got this blanket so that our new pup could sleep in our bed with us. It was this or a mattress protector, and I already have a mattress protector (it just isnât waterproof). So we tried this, and Iâm SO glad we did! Itâs been a lifesaver (or, a BED saver) while we work on house training. Iâm going to get an extra one to use while this one is being washed, and one to put down in his pen too!The blanket is not at all noisy as some waterproof and water repellent blankets are. It matches our bed clothes. If Murph pees on it, it does not even seep into the blanket, let alone seep through. It literally sits on top as if the blanket had a protective oil film or something.I was concerned that washing it might make it less repellent but so far, itâs just as good after several washes!The blanket is super lightweight so it doesnât make me too hot or feel like I have too many blankets over me. Itâs definitely breathable and seems quite durable given how many times itâs been washed. Itâs soft enough that our pup loves to sleep on it. It fits our king sized bed perfectly, but there are other options for size (which is great)!My ONLY complaint is that since the liquid doesnât âseep in,â if our pup pees on it he sometimes walks in it or even – sigh – lays in it. Thatâs the downside. But in the end, itâs absolutely 100% worth it!
