I love the sofa!
I received the package a few days apart, and customer service was very communicative, understanding, timely, and professional. I assembled the sofa myself in a few hours due to stopping and going with a newborn, so it’s doable with just one person. It’s very comfy, and there’s plenty of room. It fit perfectly where I needed it to. I feel like I got a great price too as another retailer had this same sofa for a good bit more.

Always check and report
Product is very nice and comfortable, however, I was missing a cushion from it initially when I received it on 1/9/26.I was able to get in touch with the seller and was told on 1/14/26 that it would be 15-30 days for the missing part to be delivered to me.I finally received my missing cushion on 1/27/26!!Gave 4 stars because my issue was resolved.

So far I’m enjoying this couch, super soft and comfy. I love how well it works with my living room. Not too big but also not small. It was easy to put together. Great material, only down side I personally had was it had a smell from I’m assuming the factory and it was strong!

Don’t buy this cheaply built couch
Material is cheap, one part of the couch back broke when we leaned against it the first time we sat on it. The wood is cheap particleboard and the screws ripped straight through it. Had to buy new wood material to reinforce the section so you can actually sit against the cushion with your back and not fall backwards. Do not recommend buying unless you are willing to rebuild your couch!

Exceeded my expectations!
I spent months looking at online couches for my low budget. This couch ended up being completely worth it! The sofa cushions are a good combination of firm and soft with some kind of spring support stuffed in the middle of them. They are rounded at the top so you do get little dips in between each couch cushion – it’s not a seamless or flat as other couches might be. The material is very soft and seems pretty easy to clean. It does sit a bit low, so if you are a taller person or have bad knees you may struggle (I’m 5’4” and my partner is 5’8” and it works well for us). It’s nothing fancy, but it certainly fits our needs and is a great little sectional! If you’re not used to self assembly or putting things together at all, you could struggle a little bit with this couch assembly, but if you’re good at putting IKEA furniture together, this will be a breeze. The two big boxes they were shipped in were heavy! We also let all the cushions expand for a couple days before putting the couch together, which was required. But most importantly, the fur babies love it!

Bomb Couch
Actually cute, cozy and comfy! Everyone that comes over is so surprised I bought this from Amazon and not a fancy furniture store. My children have spilled on it multiple times already and it magically comes clean! The little storage ottoman underneath is super useful. I love this couch, honestly. I didn’t give it all 5 stars solely because the front of the arm piece was slightly dented when I opened it up and also because the metal slides can be tricky to slide into one another. That being said, every one who comes over to my place asks where they can get my couch and completely agrees it is worth even more than I paid!

LOVE this couch!
AMAZING. it was a little difficult to assemble, just cause it doesnt say which screws go where & theres multiple sizes. but it is very comfy & spacious. Husband & I are both tall, 71″ & 6′ and have enough space where our feet dont hang off.
