Luv it. So far no issues. Easy to assemble. One of the pieces was damaged during shipment. A replacement was sent out and arrived 2 days later.

El material es bueno
Es muy bonito fÃ¡cil de montar y la calidad es buena me encantÃ³. Pero tienen que mejorar la calidad de zÃper de las almohadas.

Parts did not fit. Instructions has extra steps that did not belong
Couch is comfortable. Reclining function is very loud. Assembly of the couch should have been fast but parts did not fit. Instructions had extra steps for parts that did not belong which took up a lot of time and critical thinking for how to assemble the pieces provided. Couch looks good for the price I guess. If I had the choice to pick again this wouldnât have been it.

Nice Sectional
Its a large and firm couch. A bit on the orange side compared to the picture, but still very pretty. Shipping was by FedEx freight, so expect to have a big old pallet delivery all at once.Recliners and ports work great, so no issue with those. Material is fake leather that has a bit of a a grip to it. It’s not a shiny or rough saddle leather but more of a smooth matte finish that clings a little.

Amazing Sofa
Sectional sofa is beautiful. The packing came in great condition. Well packed ,shipping came as scheduled. Customer service went above and beyond Iâve ever seen very happy with everything will keep this company in mind on future purchases canât say enough.

Disappointed
This was delayed in delivery. We received it with a tear in a front cushion. There was a missing zipper to keep a back cushion connected. The reclining feature made an awful noise and bumpy ride when descending. The couch is very hard/firm and uncomfortable to us. The seller offered replacement pieces, but with the quality concerns and original delay, we just want to return it. They are not honoring a return after 5 requests. Now we have to file a claim with Amazon. So upset that we made this kind of investment with this seller. I was not worried with their âfree and easy returnâ policy listed.
