The frame was clearly returned previously. I know this because the packaging was torn open but then taped shut. I was missing about half of the hardware but after I contacted the seller, they blew my mind with their customer service and amazing follow-up speed. Before I knew it, I had a new frame with all the pieces at my door. The solid pine wood is sturdy. The dark mahogany stain is beautiful. I recommend using all the screws they sent, that means screwing the slats to the support beams. This makes the bed sturdy overall. Great value, excellent visual appeal. Flawless customer service.

Good price point. Sturdy bed. Fairly easy to assemble. The screw holes were on the headboard were on the wrong side of the bed frame and missing on another piece. It was easy enough to fix. The quality of the spray on stain could be better, but it is adequate for my spare bedroom
