Missing Velcro
The back cushions are missing the Velcro and the cushions will not stay in place.Also, the armrests are missingOverall I do love the L Shape Sectional. The color was darker than expected. The sectional is very comfortable and very rich looking

Well made but Not leather
This sectional is well made and sturdy. I can assemble it myself. It fits together with metal brackets. (so it should be a strong fitting to keep it together) The recliner moves smoothly and fits a short person in the reclined position. The cushions are not thick but comfortable. I purchased this because the description stated that it was leather. It is not. This is the response I got from the company…”To clarify, the leather is used in the seating area and armrests of the sectional, while the rest of the upholstery is synthetic. We apologize for any consufion and appreciate your understand on this matter.” So far, I cannot find any leather in this sectional. I’ll keep looking. We are satisfied with this section for when family comes to visit.

Shocked!
We took a gamble ordering a couch off of Amazon, but I have to say I am throughly impressed. Is it the worldâs greatest couch? No. But it is a fantastic value for what it is. The âleatherâ is not your typical pleather where it stinks and doesnât feel right, the material feels closer to actual leather than pleather. The power recliners are extremely quiet, albeit a bit slow, but that can also be the case with big name brands as well.As other reviews state, the color is not the saddle brown as shown in the pictures, but from other reviews with pictures we knew to expect it to be a chocolate brown. I only have two real complaints, firstly the pads. The seat pads are okay, firm but could be thicker to provide a better experience. The back pads are terrible, extremely thin and you can feel the frame when you sit down, but I came up with a solution! I bought shredded memory foam in bulk (from amazon) and removed the cushion pad from the inner case and just filled it with the shredded memory foam, it completely fixes the problem and makes it an extremely comfortable sit. Secondly the height of the couch, if youâre on the shorter side this wont be a problem, but if you are taller (for reference I am 5â 9â) your legs will hang off the end of the recliner a bit, which isnât a problem for shorter sits, but sitting for long periods of time makes my calves start to hurt. Your experience may vary.Overall we are very impressed with what our less than $2k sectional has provided us!

We understood this loveseat came with a right and left side recliner.
We are very happy with the furniture. How can we get a right hand recliner that can attach to the left hand recliner? This will make it a loveseat where both sides recline.

Reclining Sectional
Amazing!! I was hesitant since there were no reviews on this product but Iâm here to say itâs well worth it. Delivery came in multiple shipments and seller was incredible at providing all tracking numbers to ensure all items were received. Couch is also very comfortable and easy to put together.

Happy With Purchase
So far, so good:) Like others have noted, it is darker than the main pictures show but we love it. The leather is soft and I find the sofa comfortable. If youâre looking for something super cushy, this isnât it, itâs more on the firm side. Itâs shorter than my previous sofa and before we put the cushions on I was worried it was going to be too short but once it was fully assembled it was fine. It came in multiple deliveries over a five day span. It was easy enough to assemble with 2 people. You have to assemble from right to left, lifting each additional piece to slide into the previous piece. It feels sturdy enough once all put together which I was nervous about because the pieces arenât very heavy individually. Overall, weâre very happy with it so far. Itâs beautiful and not as bulky looking as a lot of sectionals seem to be, which I love. We purchased it on prime day on sale and for the price, Iâm very happy.
