Beautiful, quality bed frame! West Elm MCM dupe 🙂
This bed is perfect! I was looking for a similar, budget option for West Elm’s MCM bed frame and this one came super close at an amazing price. I was a little skeptical before placing my order due to the low price and low review count (that all happened to be 5 stars) and was worried it would be too good to be true- but once I put it together I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and look!! The reviews completely checked out in my opinion. It’s real wood, not cheap particle board. Color and measurements were both accurate to the photos, it was easy to assemble by myself, and after 2 nights we haven’t noticed any creakiness, instability/wobbles or anything. This bed is solid, 10/10! :)The only aesthetic suggestion I’d make for the manufacturer is to please match the color/stain of the bed to the the stain of the slat supports- since you can see them right underneath. Other than that, no notes!

Received wrong assembly instructions
Terrible experience building the bed as the package came with the wrong instructions. However, beautiful sturdy bed. I am so far pleased

Perfect Solid (Slat) Measurements
This SOLID PINE bed arrived earlier than expected, is beautiful & strong = supportive, & easy to put together solo or having a second hand to match up the posts is best! The color is a medium brown that is not too dark or light & the headboard height is exactly what I was looking for! Will be purchasing other items from this seller who was also quick to answer my Qs about this platform bed before purchasing. The platform arrived without damage, except some minor damage to the slats that I’d assume had to do with not so great packing & shipping but at this time doesn’t seem to be a concern of mine to have the MFR/Seller replace it.Specifications FYI:Slats measure 4” apart, most MFRs suggest no more than 5” apart with no more than 3” apart being the most supportive. I will soon add a bunkie board underneath for additional mattress support to best hold my warranty.

It’s worth a shot for the price
Easy to build , and all the pieces showed up in one box on time. The wood pieces all felt light minus the headboard. I weigh around 300 lbs so I was looking to have something that could handle myself and the mattress. I haven’t gotten a chance to try it yet but I was able to put a mattress I got from Amazon on it so once it fluffs up I’ll see if I update the review. I ordered the size queen .

Take some time to set up. The frame is sturdy and will last for a while. The frame looks great. It supports your mattress well.

so tacky looking !
these things are so cheap looking and it serves me right for trying to save money. it took 2 hours to score this thing together and there is a cheap pine brace at the foot of the bed sticking out from the bottom of the bed frame when you walk in the room. i point have the energy to send these back and i bought TWO of them ! im going to have to paint the brace a dark color.
