I purchased a large chenille sofa cover in an olive green fine stripe pattern, and I have to say, it’s been a game-changer for protecting my couch. The 71″x150″ size was perfect for my sectional L-shaped couch, and it fit snugly without any awkward bunching or slipping.One thing I really appreciated was how easy it was to put on. I expected some struggles with trying to get everything aligned, but the cover slid on effortlessly, and it stayed in place throughout the day. The material also seems to be resistant to pet hair, which is a big plus in my household. When my dogs decide to lounge on the couch, I don’t have to worry about cleaning up clumps of fur every few hours. It also holds up well against spills and stains, making it an excellent choice for families with young kids.However, there are a couple of downsides to this cover. First, I noticed that it can get a little wrinkled after extended use, especially around the edges. While it doesn’t detract too much from the overall look, it does require occasional smoothing out. Another issue is that the cover doesn’t stay as securely in place when you sit on the sofa. Thick material and pretty
This couch cover is really nice. I love the chenille fabric material and the way it’s woven creates a nice texture to the fabric. The white is really brightening and looks great. It’s somewhat easy to throw on the couch, and doesn’t slide around with the back tucked. The material is also ribbed like so that helps it stay in place. It seems very durable and should wash fine in cold water. There is no stretch to the material.

It’s nice.. but there are some caveats!
It’s really cute and lightweight, and holds up in the wash great, but it’s not very good at staying put! It has a habit of sliding off the back of the couch, so I just folded it in half and use at as a cover for the bottom cushions. Still cute tho! really soft and sturdy. My kids use it as a blanket when they fall asleep watching tv LOL. And it’s held up against spills and crumbs pretty well. My suggestion is maybe order a size up and it will have a better chance of fitting/staying “draped” over the entire couch. Still somewhat worth the purchase

Definitely NOT wet resistant!!!
I bought this strictly for the “water resistant” claim, and heck NO it’s not!! If you’re hoping to protect your couch from a pet peeing, you’re going to need to invest in an upholstery cleaner, because it’s NOT moisture resistant in any way. I wouldn’t even give that one star. As a couch cover (I got the green one), it’s very pretty, well made and comfortable, but it will NOT protect your couch from pet urine.
