Great Quality. Very well thought out design.
This desk is a great design. Very well thought out from the engineering dept. The parts arelabeled so you can’t mix them up. Manual is laid out to make assembly easy. Great pictures. Manual shows the assembly directions for 2 different ways as desk can go Left or right. Desk quality it top notch.Metal brackets are strong and should last for years. Even comes with extra bolts and screws in each different type. Most companies don’t do that. Nice. The motor and gearbox move very well up and downand go the preset that you program to your desired height. The only issue I had was that the power cord that comes from the wall to the outlet box on the desk could be a little longer. It reaches to the wall, but the cord is in my opinion a little tight for adequate movement up/down. An extension cord will fix the issue though.Thanks.

High Quality Desk with Modern Design
It’s awesome, which has a modern and clean design. It took about 1.5 hours to put together. The desk is sturdy, and is great for dual monitors and a laptop. Height control is quiet and smooth. Overall, it’s a good quality desk, and I highly recommend it.

I purchased this desk recently and I am thoroughly disappointed with my experience. Right from the start, the assembly instructions were incredibly confusing. They lacked clarity, leaving me guessing at several points about how to proceed.To make matters worse, when I opened the box, I found multiple parts missing. This made it impossible to complete the assembly, which was incredibly frustrating. Additionally, the parts that were included didnât even fit together properly. Itâs as if they were not made for this specific desk, leading to further complications. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a desk. The hassle of dealing with confusing instructions, missing components, and parts that donât fit is just not worth it. Save your time and money!

Parts were missing, but customer service helped me out.
The second gray plastic sheath like the one circled was missing from the box, so I couldn’t finish putting it together. Customer support reached out to me and were very polite – they mailed me the missing part about a week later, so they fixed this situation. Great customer service. When you put it together, be aware that the screw anchors in the particle board come loose and very easily and strip the wood if you overtighten the screws even a little bit. Be very careful not to overtighten. I had to use wood glue to fix the anchors back in place after I overtightened.Other than that, excellent desk. Now that I have it all working, I really like it. Desk raise and lower functionality seems to work well.

I will tell you about this company when I had a problem during Christmas I couldnât get a response but about a week later this company has broken their back. To fix the problem about 12 emails they were really concerned about the problem I was having. I only gave them a one star because I wasnât patient enough to wait for a reply they fixed the issues and me and my wife are completely satisfied with the outcome and the product and company. I would highly recommend this product and company the desk is a nice solid product my wife loves the desk this is a real recommendation.
