Great look, all metal, real value for money!
This lamp is perfect for my needs in a cramped space. Not only does it look fantastic, the shade is also metalânot the plastic one might expect at this price point.Unlike other reviewers, I had no problem with the base seeming easily tipped, even on warped and bowed 150 year old wooden floors.Note: If youâve never had an arched floor lamp with decent reach, they all bob up and down if you bump against them. If you have toddlers or med-lg dogs running around, this might not be the lamp for you. If bumped hard enough, it will tip over (as will most floor lamps).All told, the remote is a wonderful and convenient option, and truth be told, I generally loathe remotes. This is easy to pair and use, as well as having really useful settings and non-cryptic symbols. The best part is it attaches to the lamp via magnet, so itâs hard to lose.Assembly directions are easy to follow and have a couple good tips, too. The mfg was even thoughtful enough to include a spare lock screw for where the curved portions join. (If youâve ever tried finding the right sized replacement for one, youâll know why this is a big deal!)Assembly was easy and quick. Two tips:1. When attaching bottom portion to base, turn the base not the pole. That way the wire doesnât get all twisted.2. When trying to join the curved pieces, do it on a rug or towel on a flat surface. Itâs much easier to get the perfect curve and lock it in place. (The bulb fixture does rotate as stated, so simply turn and tilt it until it lies flat.Overall best features:-Well machined poles fit perfectly and donât exhibit annoying seams or overhang.-Nice bright light! 9 watt LED with truly useful 3000-6000 K presets on the remote. (As an artist, this is invaluable.)-Sturdy but slim in design. The classic shade shape is great with many decor schemes.-The inside of the shade is toned in a muted brass. I didnât think Iâd like this, but upon seeing the light both on and off, that color definitely gives the lamp and the light it casts a far warmer and friendlier feel. Details matter.Recommendation:BUY THIS LAMP! Itâs a great, no-clutter piece with lighting options youâll actually use on a remote you wonât lose. You wonât regret this purchase.

I got this for my home office that has no overhead light. It looks fantastic, is well made and works wonderfully. I love the remote and ability to choose not just the light color, but the remote allows you to adjust the brightness. Highly recommend!

Good, a little tippy!
This lamp is great, it looks good behind my sectional and helps achieve a less harsh light in the space. I will say it seems a touch unstable, and for that reason I do have an old 10 lb weight on it.

Remote is a game changer
Excellent lamp with many options for color temperature and intensity. Remote is intuitive and definitely a game changer. Have never had a lamp with a remote before so it renders the useless floor switch a moot point. Location of floor switch is inaccessible for my set up but with remote-no problem. Fairly straightforward setup with the exception of a tiny little hex head screw.

Really nice lamp
Take the assembly part slow, watch alignment and you’ll have little problem. I’ve seen one picture where they claimed the machining was poor – it would be impossible to machine this material the way the picture was presented. If you’re not handy with this kind of thing, find a friend who is. :)I chose to screw the base on last. Just keep the pole vertical and slowly turn it. If you meet resistance, back up a bit and go again. Mine went together perfectly.The remote is a great little addition. Remember, the batteries for it don’t come with the package, so find a couple AAA batteries and stick ’em in there. THEN turn on the lamp and THEN (within 10 seconds, no rush) hit a switch on the remote. I used the power switch. It found the lamp immediately and works great.I’m a HomeKit kinda guy so although I used the LED that came with the lamp, I hooked the power cord to a smart outlet so I could program it to turn on and off when I wanted it to. This doesn’t change the mode you’ve selected on the lamp; you still do that via the remote.All in all if I needed a second one it would be an easy decision with another of these.

Wished it worked for more than 4 months!
After four months of having this lamp, the remote stopped working and Iâve had so much trouble turning in the lamp. The light would flicker and flicker and then magically turn on. I switched out the bulb and thought that would fix it but no. And the remote just doesnât work at all. I have to now use the step on switch to power it in and off. I do love the look of the lamp and while it worked I loved the different functions. It feels sturdy however it just doesnât work anymore. Not worth it.

Sturdy Lamp
Easy to assemble and with such a heavy base it isnât going to get knocked over. I like that there is a floor button you can step on to turn it off or on. Itâs comes with a remote with plenty of cool settings. You canât change the color but you can dim the light or change the temperature from candlelight to bright white.
