Great Product
These shelves look great behind my commode. They were easy to install in the sheetrock. Only problem we had was the undermount screws would not screw all the way in (flush with the wood). Didn’t affect the asthetics too bad because I just hid them with objects on the shelves.

Good (except small areas where paint is off) read my review to avoid frustration!
I did a lot of research before buying these shelves! My one complaint is there were small spots where the paint was chipped off. I think all the brands I looked at had that complaint. There are a lot of floating shelves out there, and each has its quirks. I chose this particular brand because they have one single bracket which mounts to the wall. Many other shelves have two brackets, 1 for each side, and the reviews on those said they were a pain in the neck to line up properly. Also this brand says it can hold 25 pounds, some others held only 5. I don’t need to put 25 lbs on these shelves, but I figured they were built a little more rugged and I think they are. Other reviews of this brand said the shelf leaned forward, or they slid off the mounting rods easily, and at first I thought so too, but I reread the directions and figured it out! Sliding problem: If you look carefully at the shelf itself, one side has a tiny, tiny pin hole in it. (see my picture) That is the bottom of the shelf. There are two very small screws, which you are supposed to put in those holes, to stop the shelf from slipping, BUT WAIT! in order for that to work, the bracket has to go up a certain way. It looks at first glance, like it doesn’t matter, but there is a “half hole” or a divot in the bracket rods (see photo) it’s hard to see because it isn’t a hole that goes all the way through. Make sure that divot lines up with the pin holes on the bottom of the shelf (divots face DOWN) or the little screws won’t help. Shelf tips down problem: they will tip if you don’t screw the mounting screws (big screws that go in the wall) into the bracket below the surface of the bracket. That is, when you mount the bracket, don’t stop screwing the screws when they are flush with the metal, they are meant to go deeper (countersunk holes). Problem is, when you’re mounting it, it seems to be ok to stop at the metal. If you look all the parts over before you start assembling, you’ll see that the shelf needs to have those screws out of the way for it to sit straight and stuff on the shelf to fall off! I am very happy with these, other than the paint chips and the fact that the paint is cheap “dusty” type stuff that probably causes cancer (I washed my hands well after) and I’m even happier that I’ve reached the age when I look everything over and read the directions several times before doing anything. (First time for everything)

The owner contacted me and apologized for the defect in the property and said they had reviewed the manufacturing process to avoid blemishes. They also are providing updated wall hanger screws. They offered me a refund which is very generous and shows they want to be a good product manufacturer.The front edge of the board is poorly finished. Installing I found the anchor screws are useless. Like others said, the Phillips head anchors are too soft and strips out. I tried a larger head Phillips but no luck. I used my own hollow wall anchors. When I put the shelf on the support bars, the shelf front to back leans downward. I had to shim the lower edge of bracket to get it level.I bought the two pack and will only install one. I’ve used Home Depot brands with no problem. It’s up now and not worth the effort to take it down then patch screw holes and replace with another brand. I’d never recommend. I wasted my money… Caveat emptor.

When I got these in the mail I was pleasantly surprised to find they are not shiny plastic like I thought they’d be and I was able to lightly sand and paint them and they blend right into my laundry room and look so good!!
