Goodbye, keys!
What an enormous upgrade it is to move from a standard keylock deadbolt to this set! It looks great, feels solid, and provides additional security. I love that you have a variety of ways to open it (fingerprint, card, passcode, key) and how it’s easily customizable in the app. I also really appreciate how you can designate permanent or temporary, so if you have a guest, you can create an entry for them that will expire, where ones for your family can be permanent. I set mine to auto-lock after 15 seconds, so that’s one less thing I have to worry about when leaving, arriving home, or anytime I’ve opened the door. Everything is working perfectly so far. Very happy with this lock set!

Much needed!
So far so good! The only issue we are having is that we can’t just touch it to wake it up. You have to cover your hand over the keypad to illuminate it. Also the fingerprint can be finicky.

Read reviews! Keys canât be duplicated. If battery dies when away you have no back up bcs canât leave keys with condo board or neighbor. Contacted Amazon Cust Serv. They said contact manufacturer directly for keys but the link provided doesnât go anywhere.No contact info available. Big risk. Deceiving product. Donât buy.

So convenient! (except for one thing that needs an add-on.)
This is a great door lock and handle set. I just installed this door at my front gate and it works wonders for me and my guests.It’s a nice looking and sturdy lock set. I have it installed outside at a house in Mexico where it only rains a couple inches per year. So far it hasn’t gotten rained on.I use the fingerprint setting for my wife and I and it works 90% of the time without needing to move your finger and try a second time. We learned that it has a lock out feature on by default (when I first tried setting up my wife’s thumb print it didn’t properly capture and she locked us out.) Good news is you can use the app to turn that off.I’ve used it to assign codes for my cleaners and handyman and also my guests. 4 digit codes are possible (some other brands require 8 digit codes.) It’s easy to lock by pushing the # sign in the lower right (one other reviewer didn’t know that.) I guess it also has an autolock, but we don’t use that.It also comes with a couple of little tiles you can use to unlock the door. That would be good for giving to guests, but for me it’s easy enough to give them a code.The only thing I don’t like is that you need to purchase additional hardware if you want to program the lock remotely. Currently, I have to be 5 or so feet away from the lock to add new codes or change features. I’m considering buying the add-on device to allow me to do this remotely. I have a similar Yale lockset (much more expensive) and it comes with this feature in the box.It uses a proprietary app called TTlock. I prefer devices that use SmartLife app as I now have one more app to remember. That said, I think the SmartLife app makes you use 8 digit codes instead of 4 digit codes. I just need to remember the name of this app so that 6 months from now when I need to add a code, I can find the app…
