Very big, love the design, but very firm.
Received half of my couch yesterday and the remaining pieces today. The delivery date said it would come by January 31st, but today is the 23rd. Over all the assembly was very easy. I didnât even need the instructions. It is better with 2 people. One thing I wish was available was more information on the product. I looked at Belffins website for the information I needed as well like the covers coming off and being washable but I couldnât find it for my specific couch. Another thing is that this couch is extremely firm, which I am hoping it will break in soon fingers crossed. I am also hoping that the back seat cushions fluff up a little more, I have 1 that is perfect though. If they donât, I will definitely be buying more fluff for them. I really love the design of the armrests though. And how wide they are. Very cute, the pleating adds character. Overall I love that it has a pull out bed, and it can fit my entire family for less than $1,500. I will edit this when I have given it about a month. Edit: the back cushions have all fluffed out as much as I think they are going to. They are all like the perfect one now!

Good sofa. Great customer review
The couch comes in a LOT of boxes. The first box we opened and por together was the storage unit. The back on that piece doesn’t fit correctly, so we were going to return the entire sofa. After some back and forth with customer service, they reduced the price of the sis and we kept it. I’m glad we did. All of the other pieces fit correctly and it’s a nice couch for the cost. I would suggest getting extra cushions for the back. From the front of the couch to where the back pillows rest is longer than the thigh bones of everyone under 5 foot 10 inches who say in the couch. The extra pillows will give you the support you need so your legs can bend.The pieces are well made and once put together it is very difficult to take apart. Make sure you know where you want it to be and how you want it configured before connecting all the pieces.Although I wish the company would have replaced the back of the one section, they worked with me to find an Ã©quitable solution. When I’m shopping for another couch, I will look at this company’s couches again.

Easy to assemble. Not bad. Just not a lot of back cushion at all. Only disappointment.

Amazing Couch and Great Experience
I ordered this couch, and I couldnât be happier! At first, I was a little worried because the shipment came in two parts, and the first part arrived separately. However, the remaining pieces came the next day, and everything was perfect.The couch is beautiful, made with high-quality material, and was so easy to assemble. Solid tough couch and a good value.
Great value for the money with a solid build and terrific storage. The only complaint I have is the “pillows” which you rest your back on are very thin so when you lean back you can feel the top of the couch which digs into your back if your an adult man.

Quality and great customer service
4 boxes arrived on the same day, all of the pieces were shipped and delivered together. It takes 2 fairly strong people to unpack and assemble the set, but itâs a quick process. This sectional is perfect for my space. Iâd never bought a couch sight unseen, so I was cautiously optimistic it would be good, but the fabric and quality exceeded my expectations. The shade of gray is exactly what I was looking for. The cost is definitely a fair price to pay for this. It is sturdy and well built. The loveseat has ample storage space for blankets and a pillow or 2. The sleeper sofa pulls out with minimal effort. The functionality of a couch and sleeper is definitely a plus. This is a firm set but I like that. And most sleeper sofas are on the firm side. I saw one commentâ¦the buyer wasnât happy with customer service. One of the cushions had a crease in it, maybe during packing. I emailed the seller. They responded in less than 24 hrs. They ask for photos, that was fair enough. I sent photos and they responded within 24 hr and immediately sent out a replacement cushion. The seller/company and their customer service is A+â¦I donât know how they could improve. If ever I need another couch, I wonât hesitate to buy again from them.Based on my experienceâ¦the set canât be beat and customer service goes above and beyond.My delivery window was Dec 6-10â¦all 4 pieces arrived on the 6th. Thank you for an awesomeexperience.I will also say this, before finding this sectional, I shopped locally. I was shocked at the lack of quality of name brand furniture especially for the price. I was even more surprised at the length of the warranty. Most had one year. I found one small couch, almost $800 or $900. I considered it since I needed something before Christmas. When I ask the sales person about the weight capacity, he couldnât find it in any of the literature. He gave me the item #, I went to the website to research. It wasnât posted anywhere on their websiteâ¦and this is a brand that have furniture store where all they sell is their brand.The information provided on the Amazon website was complete, the warranty through the company was 1 yr, but it wasnât too costly to buy the additional 3 yrs warranty which I did. This set also holds 466 lbs per seat. I donât expect we will have that much on one seat, but nevertheless the information was complete. I absolutely love this sectional.

Love it!
Iâve had this sofa bed for enough nights to review it. I love it! Arrived in 4 boxes over two days. Very easy to put together. I was apprehensive about buying a sofa online, but after a year of casually searching, i am very happy! It is comfortable (although i put a full size mattress pad on it for sleeping purposes.) i purchased the black sofa bed and the color is the perfect rich black. For the price point and my limited space it was a solid deal, especially being delivered free.
