great couch!!
i love my couch!! it’s gorgeous, comfortable, and soft. The pull out bed is definitely smaller than expected, but its nice for pulling out and kicking my feet up. The pull out as well as the couch cushions are super sturdy, and firm yet plush. I saw a review before purchasing that mentioned an issues with the couch not being level at the cushions–the cushions on the regular modules vs the pull out module are different thicknesses so the couch is all level! make sure you don’t switch them around while assembling. additionally, i love that the seat cushions velcro to the couch, so you don’t have to worry about them slipping and sinking with use.It was relatively simple to assemble, although I did accidentally insert the backrest on the pullout module the wrong way, and i was not able to remove it to put it the right way. I emailed the seller and they offered to send me a new module piece! Extremely happy with my choice. I will say, the angle of the backrest is a bit odd, but it is still extremely comfortable and I’m happy I went with this one after searching for weeks.

Absolutely in Love with this Couch!
I was a little bit leary to buy a couch online without seeing or touching it first. But, the reviews helped me go ahead and get it. I am so glad I did! The color (black) is perfect and exactly what I wanted. The size is great for my family and having people over. The cushions aren’t too stiff or too soft, it’s just right! It’s very comfortable, and the material makes it easy to clean and is also soft. My favorite part is the extention that turns into a sleeping area. It’s glides in and out smoothly. It’s so easy! The couch also came with a cushioned pad for the bed. It is great quality and very comfortable. The couch was also extremely easy to put together. I highly recommend this couch. It’s a really great purchase and worth the price. 10/10

The perfect couch for someone who like comfort, style AND cudles
I absolutely love my new sectional sofa! Got the emerald green and its absolutely gorgeous. It was easy to assemble by myself, no tools required. One box came damaged, but after I contacted the company they replaced the broken part immediately, with it showing up in 2 days! I sprayed it with scotch guard because I have pets and it holds up, not affecting the luxurious velvet feel or color. Fabric is well made.Comes to the exact dimensions after pillows fully inflate which is perfect for me. I’m 5’9″ and its very comfortable to sit on. I got the version where the love seat pulls out which makes for an ultimate cuddle spot. Already referred my friend to them and she got a couch too. About 2 days after I decided I wanted another seat to add to one side, and it was super easy to buy and extra and add it on. Looks classy and sophisticated without the expensive price tag. Would 100% buy again from Belffin.

Great couch / Very weak seams in the cushions.
I was so skeptical about buying a couch online, but I’m so happy I did! This couch is comfortable and easy to clean. I have a dog and a cat and they have yet to do any damage to it.My only complaint is the sleeper part isnt super comfortable, I slept on it one night and woke up with a bit of a back ache. However, we unfold it all the time as a foot rest, or for extra room for movie nights.I’ve had this couch about 3 months and I’m very pleased with what I got.EDIT: 5 months into owning this couch, and the seams are starting to come apart on almost every cushion. I contacted the seller to see if there is anyway to purchase replacement cushions, or cushion covers since I still like the couch. Unfortunately they do not sell or offer any replacement covers/cushions. I’m very disappointed that it is falling apart so quickly.

Pretty good sectional sofa, with bed.
We received all the sofa pieces in one delivery, minus the ottoman which was delivered a couple days later.Assembly was fairly easy for one person, but a second person’s help would’ve been nice. The pull out bed section is heavy to maneuver during assembly, but it wasn’t too bad.The ottoman storage is shallow, but it’s enough to store two or three light blankets. The ottoman can be free floating, or attached to a seat via two small drop in brackets. We’re using the ottoman with the brackets to make a lounge chair.The fabric is velvet. If you have pets, we’ve found that hair is fairly easy to clean with a lint brush.Seat cushions are firm, but comfortable. Both the seat and back cushions have zippers, so you can refill them with foam if the padding ever deteriorates.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is due to the “box springs” type bottom of the seats. I would’ve like to have seen a more firm, solid bottom to the seats. Every time you sit, you can hear the springs move and shift. I have no doubt that the springs will last quite a while, but I just don’t like that the seat shifts and creeks when I sit or move. For reference, I’m about 190lbs. My kids notice the springs too when they sit, and they’re 50lbs and 70lbs.All in all, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this sectional to others.

We have had our couch for a couple weeks now and we love it. It was super easy to put together, no tools needed and only took 30 minutes. The fabric is soft and seems to be pretty durable. We love the modular design that can be adjusted to fit our space and the pull out bed for extra leg room, having the pups snuggle with us, or guests. The back pillows are not as thick as I would like them to be but the seat cushions are super comfortable. We also love the functionality of the storage area in the ottoman but if we ever get a bigger space, we may invest in more sections with storage because it only fits 2 throw blankets and we have a ton. Overall, a great couch! (Also, had GREAT customer service from Belffin directly)
