Very happy
We were searching for a couch that had everything we were looking for that wouldnât break the bank. We ultimately decided on this couch in light gray. I did purchase 2 extra single seats as we have a big family and need lots of room. The fabric is soft and textured which I like. We love the pull out! We pretty much keep it out all the time unless we have need the extra floor space. The height of the back is perfect but I do wish the back cushions were a bit thicker. The storage in each seat is amazing and the 2 cup holders are a big plus. It seems to be built well and overall itâs a good value for the money. I have 3 wild kids so a major perk with modular sofas like this is if 1 seat gets destroyed you can just replace that seat. A couch like this in a furniture store would easily cost 3 times this price.

Needs more brackets
Great couch, bad brackets system. I added brackets between each seat and attached to the arms so the seats stopped leaning farther back. Asked for brackets from the company but wasn’t going to do the back and forth with them while I fell thru the seat.

Interesting and Functional
This combo loos great. The instructions were a bit confusing, but once you understand the foundations it goes fast. I wish the couch backs were taller or contained cushions. Or maybe even if the floating cushions were thicker it would make the couch more comfortable. The storage is great. And the add on pieces I orders after, fit perfectly. The pull out sleeper could be less clunky in its mechanics but itâs very comfortable to lay on if you like a firm sleep.

Trash Couch
The fragile backs to each couch, and the wheel that pulls out the center piece, are both broken now. I got my couch at the end of November, excited because I liked it. Now itâs a big piece of trash in my living room. Donât be like me.

Do not buy
I wanted to love this couch. Got it. First color is more blue grey. Not grey. But how do you return a couch. Liked the functionality of it so dealt with it. Hated the back cushions so bought new ones. Two months into it back structure breaks. No good.

Nice, comfortable and functional for small room.
Nice and functional for small room. It arrived super fast and with no damage. Only had one issue and that had to do with tracking numbers. Only one showed on the Amazon site, but order had multiple boxes and numbers. I contacted customer service and they promptly sent me all the numbers. Super nice staff. This is the second time I’ve ordered from Belffin and both times I received great service and a quality product.

Looks nice, poor structure
First off it looks like a well made good quality couch. The bottom cushions are firm but comfortable. The pull out ottoman is nice, the storage is nice, the fabrics feels nice, it was pretty self explanatory to put together â¦..thatâs where it stops. There is little to no back structural support, it really needs more support connectors as the back creaks like itâs going to break off and is very low causing the back cushions (which are very flat) to fall backwards off the sofa. Not sure if the couch will hold up long term. When it arrive it was missing a few parts which customer service was great about sending replacements. I may go to hardware store and purchase some more support interlocking brackets of some sort.

A great family couch
Very easy to put together. Came in about 6 boxes within a few days of each other. The couch fits 6 people comfortably. Itâs soft and comfortable. The chenille fabric is easy to vacuum up crumbs and pet hair. Definitely recommend.
