Poor Quality, terrible customer service
I’m following up on my previous complaint regarding the sofa I purchased. As stated, the sections of the sofa do not stay together and separate when someone sits or lies on it, making it unusable both as a sofa and as a sleeper. This is a functional defect, not a minor issue.The offer of $100 and a suggestion that I purchase materials to fix the product myself is not an acceptable resolution. A customer should not be responsible for repairing a manufacturing or design flaw on a new piece of furniture.

Comfortable, Stylish, and Super Easy Setup.
The fabric is incredibly soft and cozy, and the deep seats make it perfect for lounging or movie nights. Wanted it to be a bit more…perfect.
Non-corner sections have very little back support. They are also lower in height, making them look awkward when combining them to other sections. Besides this, the material is quality and the seats are very comfortable.

Soft, beautiful tabletop and comfortable
Very beautiful sofa, came well packed. I ordered a light one and it is so cozy and beautiful, very easy to clean, all the pillows are on the lock, easily removed, and can be washed. The sofa is so soft, very pleasant to the touch. I really liked it! It is cozy, convenient and comfortable .
