NICE RECLINER
Hubby had hip replacement surgery recently and had trouble standing from his old recliner. This one sure does help him get to a standing position. So glad we bought it. With him getting old and having back and knee trouble too, this will help him tremendously. The chair is really nice quality and so easy to operate.

Amazing chair
Very quiet, works well and is very comfortable..Most people don’t know this..but having worked in a furniture store for years, when we would get new recliners, even sofas etc in, part of our job was to go break in the foam..all foam is hard when it’s first installed..after stomping around on my chair just a bit..it is super comfy.. I’m hospice caring for my husband..have had to sleep in it since it arrived.

Easy to assemble, sturdy, and a knee-saver!
This chair was SO easy to assemble. There are only two screws/bolts, and both are easily accessed and installed. The rest of the chair components slid onto brackets easily. The entire chair in the box weighed just over 100 pounds. The heaviest piece is the base and, once you get it out of the box, you don’t really have to lift it again. Electonics were easy to hook up, clearly labeled. About a half hour task and done.The chair works beautifully. Lift is fairly quiet and very smooth. Cupholders are…well…cupholders, but they’re a really handy feature, as is the built in USB port.The “massage” is really just vibration and it is a bit noisy. I love it personally; both the vibration and the sound are very soothing. It automatically times out after about 10-15 minutes. You can adjust the intensity (2 levels, not a big difference between them) and the mode.Comfort wise – the chair is very firm, which I enjoy. If you really need a softer seat, you might think twice. This is NOT A BIG RECLINER. I am 5’7″ and the height is perfect for me. My husband is 6’3″ and it’s not as comfortable for him but would work for most people.All in all, a great chair for the money. I actually cried the first time I used the lift to stand and my knees didn’t hurt. That is a beautiful thing.

good price decent quality
This is SO necessary for hip replacement rehab. Thank God we purchased this, and I would recommend without hesitation to get one. We didn’t have one first day home and it was miserable, we ordered and got 2-day delivery, from FedEx (-who’s driver Jackie was outstanding!) and we are so relieved! The chair works well, yes, it’s a little hard at the seat but overall, for the cost and the quick ship it was worth every penny.

Good couch for the elderly
Bought this couch for my father who had hip surgery and it works great. Very easy for him to get on and off it. He gets good rest on this couch also. Totally recommend it.

Uncomfortable chair and poor customer service.
So I learned an expensive lesson with this purchase. The whole experience started bad. The product was late for no reason. In fact, I would not have ordered it had I known the shipping date would not be met as there were many other products available had i not been concerned with time. I paid about $100 more for this product because it was supposed to arrive in time for a birthday, yet it was two days late. The product itself is not worth the money. The cushions are very dense and hard and the motion range of the chair is not sufficient. It does not swivel, by the way so this may be important to some people. Also, the chair sits higher up off the floor so that older folks may have a hard time sitting in it and more importantly getting out of it, even when it deploys up. The real lesson was learned when I requested a return – which they are fine with granting. Then you find out it costs as much as the chair to return it! So now I am stuck with a product that is NOT worth $425, was delivered late, and no feasible way to get it back to the seller. When I reached out to Best Choice Products they were zero help, which surprised me because I have bought from them before, had problems in the past and they always hit it out of the park. Maybe they got sold or have new philosophy. “Buyer Beware” is the lesson here. You better be 100% certain this is the chair for you because there ain’t no way to return it for less than $300.

Very nice inexpensive power chair.
This economical chair lets you do four things: 1. Sit level as ia regular chair; feet on floor. 2. Lift feet anywhere up to full height. 3. Recline feet & back to sit, rest, or sleep. 4. Lift seat fully up to standing (ejection).There is no remote; The up down buttons are built into the outside of the right hand armrest. Foot lift and backrest operate sequentially, NOT independently. Feet go up to full first, then back reclines. Upholstery is very tight; Rigid seat; Great support if thatâs what you are looking for This is NOT A a plush chair. Wide seat! Two cupholders. Good value, but not fancy. I like it maybe better than bed for sleep, but watch TV more often from another chair.

Bought this chair for my mom, she loves sitting and reclining with heat and/or massage effect. Worth the money and easy assembly. the fabric is thick and cushy, but I did spray it with water repellent to protect it.
