In the description the sofa says it comes with a console but it doesn’t but customer svc with Black Jack furniture is 5 star. The sofa is beautiful sits very firm as described. Very heavy so would suggest white glove delivery. The only other less than 5 star is I’m not so crazy about how the headrest appear from the back, fully extended it looks a little mechanical , it shows a lot of hardware. My sofa is positioned to see the back of it. Otherwise nice sofa. Great dark gray color good quality. Very comfortable!
