5 Star lamp!! Highly recommend!
This is a gorgeous lamp!! I’m so impressed with it! It feels very high quality and solid, and the wood pieces look like they’re real wood. (See picture 1 and 2) I love that it has a pull chain instead of a remote or a foot pedal or any other type of switch. It’s also the perfect height. (You’d be surprised at how many lamps are ridiculously short!)It was relatively easy to put together, but there are a couple of things to note that will make assembly easier.1. The woven shade comes in 4 pieces that you put together. Make sure when you’re putting them together, that the tabs on the edge of each piece are end up facing the same way. In other words, they all need to end up on the bottom of the drum. (See picture 3)2. The woven shade is put together using two little screw things that are already partially put together. (See picture 4) The instructions say to take these two little pieces apart, insert the one into the hole in the shade, and then insert the other into the piece you’ve put in the shade. I did most of the shade this way before realizing that taking the two little pieces apart was unnecessary. Just keep them together, push it into the hole, and then push the screw part in fully, expanding until the other part. It’s easier this way.3. The instructions don’t mention this, but the wire frame that goes on the bottom of the shade needs to fit down into the shade. (See picture 5) This applies to both the woven and the fabric shades.

SOLID Lamp with a not-so-solid shade
Okay, so this is a beautiful, solid lamp. The base and trunk (is that the right word for a lamp??) piece together by just screwing the pieces together. Piece of cake. The fabric shade (in pictures) was super easy to put together and looks lovely. LOVE THIS LAMP.The ONLY problem is that the rattan shade it comes with is not built well, at all. It has these little snap together ârivetsâ that you insert into various holes and sort is snap together to keep the shade together (it comes in pieces). These little rivets just are not strong enough to hold the shade together. I gave up after ten solid minutes of frustrated attempts to make it work. The shade is lovely, donât get me wrong, but my husband is going to have to get creative and use some wires or something to make it hold before we will be able to use it.

This lamp is gorgeous!
I love it! We got this to replace one I recently got in the same rattan boho style, but we had to put a counterweight on it so it didn’t tip over. Everything was packed neatly and securely. It went together very easily. First you have to put the shade fabric on the frame and then you have to secure the rattan pieces onto the frame with these little black clips. Both shade and rattan shade can go on together and they go over the light bulb fixture instead of on top of a support over the bulb, they secure from underneath. It stands on its own. It has a really nice wooden finish to it and it’s pretty sturdy and it’s got the weight to keep it upright on its own. I’m really happy that the shades are not teeny tiny like I’ve seen with a lot of lamps these days. It even has a pull chain to turn the light on. The only thing I’m not thrilled about is the cord comes out of the side I stead of out from under the base, but it’s not a big deal. This lamp is gorgeous.

Utter disaster – pass this one up
Likes…The base is heavy and the wood parts solid wood… that’s about it for good things…Dislikes – where do I start…First, it shipped with Styrofoam, I have Styrofoam all over my kitchen… I’m at a loss for words.It assembles well, until you get to the top and realize the bulb fitting just rattles around, not really secured.The inner shade assembled ok, but more problems as you shall see.The rattan shade is assembled with some sort of little plastic rivets and there’s a lot of them (odd, but ok I thought to myself), 10 minutes later I had brought up pliers and other stuff to try to snap these things together, which I finally succeeded with…Alas, let’s stick this shade on the lamp… but NOO, the threaded part is not only not big enough for both shades, it can’t even hold one shade…All in all – I would not even consider this thing, what a disaster.And now I’m going to try to get all the Styrofoam out of my kitchen…

Nice looking light, but
The lamp portion of this unit is good, solid and assembled easily. The rattan lampshade was very difficult to put together as they give you these little plastic fasteners that kept breaking and are very flimsy. They are not going to last and will need to be replaced with some other sort of fastener in the very near future.

One of the sturdier looking and most beautiful floor lamps I own
I love the thickness of the stand and the faux wood pattern on this floor lamp. It elevates the look and brings a warmth that is complemented by the rattan pattern of the lamp shade. It immediately drew compliments and looks beautiful against my corner.Installation of the stand was very easy, but I had trouble with the lamp shade construction because the pieces I received were slightly bent out of shape. I received amazing customer service from the team and they promptly shipped out another one and that I did not need to send back the one I had. A++!

Just the perfect touch to our new space!
We just remodeled our living room and have been searching for a lighting option that would give us a good amount of light without having to turn the very bright overhead lights on. This beautiful lamp absolutely did this and more! This lamp is absolutely perfect for my living room! The warm, soft light creates such a cozy ambiance, and the adjustable brightness feature with the three way bulb is fantastic for setting the mood. The design is sleek and modern, and it looks great in our space. The lamp is heavy and sturdy so I am not worried about it falling over and hurting someone. I especially love the rattan lamp shade as it adds that Boho Vibe I am decorating with. I’m so happy with my purchase!
