Item arrived earlier than scheduled. Hubby had issues setting it up as the directions were confusing & not identical to the instructions from the matching coffee table. We put our heads together and finally figured it out the following day. Did communicate with Seller about the issue and possible returning the item. Did advise Seller that we figured it out & will be keeping the item. My hubby’s “Mancave ” is now complete….lol

First the product is beautiful. It’s very sturdy. The feel and look is high quality. This was more than I expected. However you test the integrity of a company when something is a miss. One of the end tables glass top was foggy. My guess,I could be wrong, was in the tempering process. I started the email process with Amazon…they contacted Cymax…Cymax contacted me immediately… Cymax contacted the manufacturer…and my new top was on the way. It does not get any better that that! This company along with it’s products is top notch high quality. I will purchase products from these people again.

I was so excited about this purchase. It came quicker than the anticipated date which was very nice until I opened it and it was literally shattered into little glass pieces. Which created a mess. I’m not sure if this happened during delivery but there was no damage to the box
