Easy To Clean! Cooks Great! Does Everything! Versatile!
We previously had a Cuisinart, which we ended up disliking. However, we absolutely love the ease of use with this new appliance. The knobs and overall functionality are impressive. It’s versatile and has a large capacity, intuitive controls with a clear LCD display, and a powerful convection feature. It offers multiple cooking functions beyond just air frying, allowing for even and quick cooking of a variety of foods—all while maintaining a sleek design. It is only about an inch larger than our Cuisinart on each side. We have not used our oven since we’ve gotten it!

It’s big
I like that this thing does it all. It fits wonderfully on my countertop and looks beautiful. It’s very well made and it is not loud and all, even when cooking with convection mode and (super convection mode). I like that it does what it says it will do. I have not cooked a lot in it for only having it one week. I have used the toast feature a few times and it is perfection. I baked dinner rolls to perfection and made a couple dinners in it to perfection. All pans and the rack system fit perfectly and love the design of being able to pull the rack out and not worry about it falling. It’s not at all difficult to use just takes a bit getting use to. The preheat is hard to get use to but it is necessary to achieve the perfect cook. Over all this this is Great and well worth the money. Yes it’s on the pricier side but if you use it everyday like we do in our house it will pay for itself when in a couple months. We have owned (3) other countertop ovens/air fryers and two of them by big named Chefs. The one we just replaced cost us $275.00 was half the size and stopped working 1.5years into it. So if I get 2-3 years of use out of this it’s way better than anything I have had. I suspect I will be getting 5-10 years of use out of it.Only negative I will say is#1) wish the writing on the door was a lot more pronounced. It’s hard to see because it blends in with the background. There also should be something on the control panel that says where to place the rack and it should match the rack placement that’s on the glass door.#2) I wish there was a feature for like corn dogs, burritos, pot pies, chicken wings. I wish there was a one button feature. This would make it easier for the big kids to use when they come home from school and what a snack. Over all we love this and after watching hours of videos, reading countless reviews and looking at different ones in numerous stores we are very please and excited to have this one.Up date: 2-years later. This little oven is still going strong. We use this thing every day. From making a piece of toast to making full loaf of bread to cooking roast, and turkeys dinners. This thing has never let us down. If I was say anything negative it is clean up. I love how you can remove bottom tray and clean it up nice but the sides and the back is more difficult. I try and clean this thing once per month to stop the build up. If you use it like we do, you will need to clean it. I would not hesitate at all to buy another one and if Breville ever needs someone to try their product out please hit me up. I absolutely cannot say enough positive things about this oven. Do not waist to $$ on a different brands buy the Breville brand name and you will never ever be disappointed.

We live the full time tiny home life, we purchased this as a full time oven, this is the best purchase we’ve made for this lifestyle. The door actually seals all the way, the heat is perfectly accurate, it’s extremely easy to set up and it looks amazing. The price of this nearly scared us away, we purchased the larger sized one, I’m so glad we went with it.As soon as you start pulling it out of the box you can see, and feel, the difference in quality. We were using one of those cheaper convection ovens and compared to this we may as well have been using a candle under a plate. We’ve burned through a lot of ovens, of varrying quality, and this is hands down the best we’ve purchased. It maintains an even temperature, though it does remind you to turn your food, and can even fit our Dutch oven with the lid on. The other extra wide oven we used couldn’t fit the lid and took forever to cook anything in it.If you’re using this for the tiny home lifestyle I highly recommend it, we have been blown away by the quality of the oven and how well if evenly cooks our foods. You can tell they put a lot of thought into making this and it’s on a totally different level compared to all of its competitors. I can’t speak as to how long the oven lasts, we’ve only had it for a few weeks, but you can see it’s build to last a lifetime. If you’re only using it part time you may want to go with something cheaper, it you’re looking for something to actually use as an oven then hit the buy now button, you won’t regret it.Edit on February 16th 2023.This over is still going strong and works exactly like it did when we bought it. We use it heavily and none of the markings have worn off and it still cooks to perfection. This is hands down the best Amazon purchase I’ve ever made.
