The gold on the curtains kind of threw me off. It is not a shiny gold as depicted in the picture but more of a dull gold.

Beautiful color and fabric. I loved them so much I bought additional pairs for other rooms in the house. Everyone who comes over comments how beautiful they are. The blackout curtains are great here in Florida to keep out some heat.
