It works GREAT. Love it
Had to hire a plumber to install because it does not use a standard input fixture. Was a bit tricky to set the amount of water per pot. But once we got it hooked up and programmed properly. It works GREAT. Love it.

it brews a nice airpot of coffee
Not digital. Hard to program. Filter basket that comes with it is too small so grounds spill into airpot. Bunn is inconsistent with ounces and grams making conversions a nightmare. Once everything is figured out, it brews a nice airpot of coffee, but, if you have to change from a 3 liter to a 2.2 liter to a 4 liter airpot, BEWARE! Would not recommend for business use.

Make 3L very fast
It takes a few tricks, but this coffee maker can make 3L of very good coffee. It can make a really good pour over as well.

No clear instructions
This unit doesn’t have any programming. The vauge instructions provided are a joke. The machine is supposed to brew 3 liters. It only brews half way. If you run another cycle two fill up the air pot, which isn’t included, it overflows. It did it mid service during the first few days of me opening my cafe. How insulting is it that Bunn doesn’t provide clear and obvious programming instructions on machines they’ve been manufacturing for decades. I’m stuck with it until I can purchase a machine that functions properly.

The funnel is too small. The hot water and coffee ground will over flows the top.
I have tried everything. Nothing works. The coffee overflows. I’ve asked for help from bunn. I have been burnt. My staff have been burnt. We have been using a similar maker for years. We know what we are doing. This is trash. It won’t allow me to give zero stars. So they got 1

Couldn’t set brew level
Brew level would not hold called service line followed instructions over the phone. Did not work. They sent a technician out he did something said “don’t change anything” one level only. And charged $300+ no parts it was only a few weeks old still brand new. In conclusion BUNN CAN NOT BE TRUSTED ANY LONGER!
