Stylish bed at a great price
Purchased this bed frame and a matching side table for a relative’s apartment. My husband and I were able to assemble them within an hour or two; we used a drill to speed the process (it would take a lot longer with just a screwdriver). Really pleased with the quality of the construction and the overall design. We have purchased a lot of Ikea furniture in the past and really appreciated that this was solid wood rather than particle board. Seems like it will be sturdy and last. Very happy with this bed frame and the matching side table. Highly recommend.

You’ll need a friend or two
To begin: when they tell you the bed is made of 100% wood, they are telling the truth. It is HEAVY and very sturdy! And beautiful, looks just like it does on the pix on this site. The assembly was not horrible but I had one person helping…which is the minimum number of people needed. It would be helpful it at least one of the people had some experience with this kind of thing. It took my friend and I about an hour and 15 minutes, so not the worst I’ve ever had. Overall happy with this purchase and would recommend.

Nice Quality
I was unsure what we were getting ourselves into ordering a bedframe sight unseen from Amazon but we were trying to furnish a new house on a budget. This bed frame came undamaged and pretty quickly. The frame is beautiful and seems solid and durable. I deducted a star from the overall rating due to the fact that there is a sizeable gap between our mattress and the headboard where our pillows often fall between or get stuck and become useless to use in the night. The bedframe is somewhat too long for a standard King mattress and seems to encouraged the gap as the mattress moves around on the platform with use. I am ordering a product to fill this gap but I wish I didn’t need to and the frame didn’t have as much wiggle room in it. Overall, great item and appears to be a dupe for higher end products from West Elm and other vendors. 9/10 would recommend.

Super Solid and Amazing Quality for the Price
I wanted a mid century modern bed for my vacation rental. This one fit the bill and was way cheaper than an almost identical one from west elm. Because of the price I thought this bed would be low quality, but that wasnt the case at all. Most beds in this price range have one single support down the middle with cheap plywood slats. This bed has 3 support beams down the middle and the slats are solid wood. It did take some time to assemble, but given the quality and beauty of this bed it was totally worth it. I also bought the matching nightstands and desk. If you’re on the fence with this bed, go for it. You wont be disappointed!

Wonderful Bed Frame
This bed frame is simple and beautiful. It is well built and has a sturdy slat system. We use this king size frame without a box spring with our hybrid mattresses (2 twin XLs) resting directly on the slats. Lower to the ground is good for us. It is not hard to put together but we are 70 year olds and some of the physical needs of assembly took some patience!! We love this bed.

Love it!!
I am so pleased with this bed!! After having an IKEA malm bed for 11 years, we were ready to upgrade to a midcentury style, and this one not only fit the budget- but it’s beautiful and well made!! Very study. Blue collar husband was impressed with the quality, and he installed it easily and quickly. I’ll be purchasing the matching nightstands to go with it. I’m so happy I found this!!!

Nice solid wood, but a little too yellow
I like the style and quality of the bed, but the wood stain is a little too yellow for my tastes. I bought it for a rental and might sand and restain it at some point. It is solid wood and very heavy. It wasn’t hard to assemble myself, but it took a rubber mallet to get the pieces of wood to really join close together. Also, all the wood slats that hold the mattress have to be screwed in, which is a bit of a pain, and which will make disassembling and reassembling the bed a pain.

Defective screws means no bed!
1/1/23. Update: defective screws were replaced. Bed is beautiful! Solid wood and perfect in our guest room.The bed looks great. The problem is thar 2 of the 8 long screws were defective and could not be screwed on to the supplied nut. You can not buy these locally -they are a unique screw/nut assembly that are supplied for beds made in Brazil. I reported this problem to Amazon and the manufacturer over a week ago who claim the right to take 10 days to ship out replacement screws. As of today it has been 9 days and the only thing that has happened is that a Fedex label has been printed. I am not allowed to pursue this with Amazon until 10 days have passed which will be tomorrow. Not impressed with the customer service we have received from anyone. A simple problem resulting in a big problem.
