Plushy, soft, comfortable and quiet recliner chair
Item arrived within days, soft plushy well packaged chair. Sturdy with easy instructions no tools required does require two outlets for power and for the massage/ heat powered controller. Easy to lift boxes instructions were in box 3 which by that point I had figured it out how to put together. No tears on upholstery, quiet when pushing buttons on side to power back or up, spacious side pockets one on each side and works well for tall people (6’2″ man tested) very little feet hang over on foot rest proped up. Has metal anti tip pedals easy to install with bolt and winged nut, does move easy of needing to reposition the entire chair with no scratching on the floor. Highly recommend this chair for anyone considering getting a powered recliner chair.Purchased the dark gray recliner and the texture seems bumpy from pictures but as you sit doesn’t feel bumpy, it’s soft and gives room to adjust body to sit/ relax comfortably.

VERY COMFY.
Very comfy but vibration isn’t very strong. If you are just wanting a light massage it’s perfect.

Beautiful Beast
Ok we read the reviews…easy to assemble. There was nothing easy about it. Note: directions are in the side pocket but they aren’t much help. This is an overstuffed chair and it was difficult to get the sides to slide into the brackets on the chair base. It took us hours to get this chair together.That being said, this chair is Beautiful. Love the feel of the fabric. The massage function is awesome! Put that function to immediate use. Hope the chair lasts a long time.

Its junk
This says it can 450 lbs. No it can not. My family member is 150 under that and it broke. I got it on July and it broke in December. They want to send me parts so I can fix it. I dont know how to fix a recliner. Don’t waste your money. It is junk.

Wow what an ordeal but nice
The chair is nice but shorter then I expected. It said in the reviews a tall person could fit comfortably without hanging off. But it did not mention the lack of neck support. It comes up to the base of the neck in height. It also came in quite a few pieces and was hard to assemble. I did contact customer service and they were great and helpful. I really appreciated their help.

Nice comfortable chairs!
We bought 2 and we assembled them both in less than an hour. Chairs seems to be very sturdy and functions perfectly. Chairs are soft and comfortable.
