Well worth the money
It arrived several days ahead of time and all in one box.It took 5 minutes to put the recliner together, it took longer to break down the box it came in ;)The recliner is solid and the seat and back are firm, which is exactly what I wanted. If you are looking for fluffy then this recliner is not for you.I don’t see how the upholstery could tear unless you had something sharp in a pocket or allowed kids or pets with sharp toys or claws to scramble around on it.The only thing is the rocker has a squeak and I am wagering a good squirt of silicon spray will take care of that. “edit” when I flipped the recliner over I realized I had missed a zip tie holding the rocker parts together so they would be stable during shipping. That took care of the squeak and improved the rocker quality. Hopefully everyone else is sharper than I was and caught the zip tie as they unpacked the rocker.Another positive this recliner did not cost $1500.00 which is what comparable recliner are going for around here.I have only had it for a hour and will report back later if something goes haywire but so far I am impressed.

Recliner mechanism only quasi-functional.
Chair comes via post in a big box left at front door and requiring unpacking, assembly, and elimination of packaging. The recliner mechanism is difficult to engage when seated; when recliner is engaged the backrest and foot-rest are unstable; getting out of the chair is precarious requiring swift foot kicks to to the footrest to lock the recliner mechanism closed. Communication directly w/the manufacturer thru Amazon is by delayed text messaging – and mostly a waste of time. The manufacturer was unaware of the/their item I’d purchased, advising me over days w/txts and pics to check the recliner electronics of the chair located in the undercarriage. The chair is MANUAL – No electronics! The chair is reasonably attractive and comfortable in the non-reclined position. I would not purchase this item again.

considering what the furniture stores were offering this was by far the best route if lyou are ooking for a recliner

Great present for dad/grandpa
My husband is very happy with this chair. It’s comfortable and has a nice seat. The electrical parts are in great working condition so the chair goes up and down smoothly!

Beautiful Chair and great Customer Service by Seller
The package arrived ahead of scheduled shipping date and the chair was neatly and safely secured inside the box. The chair was easy to assemble and is beautiful. It is comfortable and works great. We realized the cord for the recliner would be in our walking path in the decor of our room so we decided to exchange the chair. The company responded quickly and were very helpful. Replied to all questions and were willing to work with us for exchange.In the end we chose to buy a battery pack to eliminate the cord in our living room. We loved the chair too much to even be without it for one day. The best part of the purchase was the great customer service. The price is very fair.
