Extremely effective/easy to use
Heats up very well as instructed and requires literally a teaspoon of oil, I didn’t think cooking steaks would be so easy but they’re often done in under 30 minutes and combined with the Paneceia meat thermometer: you’ll always get a perfectly cooked dish within a matter of minutes.

So far, so good!
I was skeptical about purchasing this pan because of a bad previous experience with the ceramic coated Caraway pans that lasted under a year. Weâll have to see how this one does over time, but for now Iâve been really impressed with the product. The material feels sturdy and itâs rare to find 5-ply construction at this price point (if you compare to players in the higher end space like all-clad). It cleans easily – it should not be challenging to cook on it for experienced stainless steel users.

Wife Loves this Skillet
I was expecting to be wowed by this skillet for the price, and I have to saw it is pretty amazing. The packaging was luxurious. Caraway definitely took the extra mile to give the consumer a high-end experience when unboxing this product. It’s heavy, but not unwieldy, elegant, and beautiful. The heat distribution is great; we’ve gotten a great sear on chicken, pork chops, steaks, etc. Cooking with stainless steel does come with a bit of a learning curve, especially if you’re used to non-stick skillets, so be prepared for that. Caraway definitely is as the pan comes with a ‘quick user guide’ with tips on how best to use this skillet.My only complaint, and it’s a small one, is that while I know stainless steel gets a natural patina with use, our skillet got discoloration after the first use, and despite using the included cleaning sponge, supposedly to help with this exact problem, it didn’t really do anything at all to remove the discoloration. Again, it’s not a huge deal for us, but we were thinking it’d take a little longer to get the ‘lived in ‘ look.Overall this is a great pan and I think will be my wife’s go to cookware fo a long time.
