I am absolutely thrilled with my new couch! From start to finish, the experience has been nothing short of excellent. The ordering process was simple, delivery was impressively fast, and the assembly couldnât have been easier and it came together in no time. The quality of the couch itself is outstanding; it feels sturdy, well-made, and incredibly comfortable. Stylish, comfortable and plush!
I am so pleased with this sofa. After reading many reviews, I decided to purchase it. This is the first time Iâve purchased a sofa online so I was very nervous to do so. It came in three separate deliveries but all was delivered very quickly. The pieces were easy to put together, the material is high quality and soft. The color is a very light gray/white. The cushions are plush with down filling so it is very much like a cloud sofa. The ottomans have large storage areas. I have 2 large dogs and the cushions are very easy to clean.

Sucks
Worst couch Iâve ever had. Cushion are narrow and slide off from day 1, sections constantly move around so things are falling through. Learn from me test out a couch before buying.

Lovely couchâ¥ï¸
Couch is perfect and just like the pictures. I was worried about the color, but it is perfect cream color, not to white but not to gray! They donât lock together, but the feet have a rubber bottom so it helps with the moving around. I love them! Super easy to put together. There are random cords that all connect together at the bottom, but donât do anything. And the directions it says something about reclining, but couldnât find anything on their website about a reclining couch. I was hoping that you could order that section separately.

Very comfortable
So comfy and the perfect color the dementions of the couch weren’t exact so it does stick out a bit but not that big of a deal for me !

Would not buy again
I was looking for a new couch for my living room that was pet friendly. I have now had the couch about a year and the seat cushions are already deteriorating bc I have 2 dogs one of which likes to scratch before laying down. This couch is not pet friendly as it was advertised.

Pretty, but not as comfortable as you’d think from the photos
I’ve had this for a year now and can tell you, it’s not the best. Yes, it’s really pretty and initially so comfy, but I’m short and the back is very low, even for me! If you’re tall, you’ll hate where your back hits on this couch. It’s not one of those that you can automatically sit down on, you’ll need to fluff up the back cushion and reposition it every time. The bottom cushions have lost most of their height and spend most of their time trying to slide off.In complete transparency, I have a cover over the couch to minimize wear from the pup. But even with the covers off, I’m not pleased with the wear. The covers come off for easy cleaning. I’m mixed on whether I’d recommend this. I would suggest you sit on a couch (like plop into one) in a showroom with a similar low back and see how you like it. Long term, I’ll be sure to check that back feeling when choosing a couch in the future.
