Cushions flatten out
This sectional sofa looks GREAT in my TV room! However, after about 3 months of light use, the bottom cushions have flattened out and are uncomfortable, and it really isn’t possible to “re-fluff” them. I have been able to insert king size bed pillows into each cushion, and that’s helpful, but they don’t really look right anymore. I would not recommend this sectional unless it’s for a room where it will not get much use.

Great Couch!
I was surprised by how nice this couch looks and feels! super easy to put together and arrived in less than a week. The pieces donât attach, which could cause separation but also make it easy to reconfigure the couch however you want. Would recommend!

Lovely couchâ¥ï¸
Couch is perfect and just like the pictures. I was worried about the color, but it is perfect cream color, not to white but not to gray! They donât lock together, but the feet have a rubber bottom so it helps with the moving around. I love them! Super easy to put together. There are random cords that all connect together at the bottom, but donât do anything. And the directions it says something about reclining, but couldnât find anything on their website about a reclining couch. I was hoping that you could order that section separately.

great quality
I recently purchased this sofa and it’s absolutely fantastic! It’s incredibly soft and comfortable, with excellent quality. The fabric feels luxurious yet durable. Plus, the ottoman comes with convenient storage. The size is larger than I expected, giving it a high-end look. The down-filled cushions are wonderfully plush and offer a cozy, cloud-like sitting experience. Shipping was super fast too!

Foot rests, no reclining.
This sectional sofa arrived in a timely manner in 9 separate large boxes on different days. It was extremely well packaged. The most challenging part of the assembly was opening the boxes and removing all the packaging. I put it together myself ( 70 yo) in one afternoon. Unfortunately, the end pieces do not recline as described. Chita has since changed their description on Amazon. I really like the sofa. Looks perfect in my small LR. It is a well built sofa. All covers come off for washing. After a couple of weeks of emailing back & forth, Chita offered me a partial refund and I decided to keep the sofa. Chita made good in the end.

Stylish, comfortable and plush!
I am so pleased with this sofa. After reading many reviews, I decided to purchase it. This is the first time Iâve purchased a sofa online so I was very nervous to do so. It came in three separate deliveries but all was delivered very quickly. The pieces were easy to put together, the material is high quality and soft. The color is a very light gray/white. The cushions are plush with down filling so it is very much like a cloud sofa. The ottomans have large storage areas. I have 2 large dogs and the cushions are very easy to clean.
