Where do I start? – PERFECT Vendor or PERFECT Chairs
I am the FIRST to NOT write a review!!! But I must start doing better because we all rely on these reviews.First of all, this was not a perfect delivery. My package (ONE CHAIR) was badly damaged in transit. Well, I rolled up my sleeves, ready for “the fight” to explain that it was not my fault etc. etc. To my surprise, the vendor/seller was simply OUTSTANDING to not only hear my complaint, but to respond immediately. They immediately approved a replacement part. To make it even better, the seller resolved my problem before I could even upload all of the PICs to PROVE that there had indeed been damage to the chair & the shipping box. WOW!!! The replacement was coming without stressing me out!!! But I can do one better – These guys actually sent an additional text later to let me know the delivery of the replacement chair MIGHT be delayed due to the snow storms IN “MY” AREA. BAM!!!Gotta luv these guys at CHITA!The shipment procedure was customer-painless/seller-excellent. I cannot thank the folks from CHITA for their assist. I was worried sick that it might not end well.Now on to the product itself. I chose wisely. This is a really nice counter-top chair. The wood lines compliment the wood stains on my cabinets. These stools have such a sophisticated look as they are made of real wood & not composite material for the arms, back & legs. The finish on the wood is quite impressive – smooth. Because of the extensive use, I appreciate the faux leather covers too. Being a “wide-bodied” person, I found the seat to have ample room. The padding/cushioning is adequate. Lastly, the swivel functions well – not too much effort to turn on its axis. The counter-top stool has a larger foot area than my old ones, but that’s to be expected. Even though I am not great at assembling things, the instructions were OK. I put the first chair together in about one hour (while watching a movie). All of the many parts appeared a bit intimidating but once I started to assemble, it went very quickly. Funny, but they even supplied a few EXTRA screws (just in I lost or dropped one or two). So, this is a great start for the new year!!!!! I am really happy with this purchase. The chairs are of great quality, the packaging was done with considerable thought for the customer as the service from the company was absolutely wonderful.

Beautiful counter height white faux leather
Comfortable and so classy looking ! The wood on these chairs are really strong and the cushioning is very comfortable! The backs are not too high which is perfect for an open concept kitchen and living room area ! Quality is so great ! They fit under the counter ! Easy to put together ! Swivel is a really nice feature ! Seller is great as well thank u ! White faux leather! Super comfortable!

Quality
We got the white with walnut chairs to go with our island. They look great the faux material is slippery than our other chairs, however those lasted a very long time . Hopefully these chair will last equally as long as they are built what looks to be strong, I’m sure time will tell. Packaging could be improved as seats are place upside down on each seat and makes cushion padding comprised down, so hopefully they will add more foam or a cardboard piece to ensure this doesn’t happen. Overall chairs will meet our needs at a relative fair price

Comfort and quality
These are nice looking, comfy and sturdy. Easy to assemble. Light and bough to pull out and push in. Looks a bit like a wine barrel. Kind off cream colored and Sherpa like material. We love them!

Too many installation steps ! For a chair at this price, manufacture should pre-install more pieces on the bottom side of the seat before sell to customers.
