Nice looking chairs, but…
I admit the chairs look great when they are up. However I have to disagree with the quality a bit. I bought 4 chairs and each chair has problems. All the legs have cracks or scratches, 3 out of 4 wobble and following the instructions to loosen screws and bang on the floor didn’t help. The wood was all pieced together under the seat. Under the seat the flap is held by velcro that does not fit the seat. So, if you grab the bottom of the seat to pull the chair in, you will be scratched by the velcro and it also sags because the fabric isn’t big enough to cover all of the velcro. Trying to upload pics. Will be contacting the company to see for replacement. That said, they look nice up and seem to be comfortable. Oh, and the chairs come up to different heights as well. The leather seems good but 2 chairs are ripped. Did I just get a bad bunch?UPDATE: I changed my review to 5 stars from 4 stars. The reason? Customer service was so prompt and ready to send me the replacement parts. The chairs are VERY comfortable and they look great, once all of the damaged parts are changed i think they will be just gorgeous. The company has the best customer service i have ever had to deal with. Buy the chairs, you won’t be disappointed.Update: This is a bit late but, in January of 2022 i had to discard the chairs. They sunk in terribly. We are small, thin ppl so it must be it didn’t have enough padding. I tried to put planks of wood under it but that hurt to sit on. I bought pillows for them but the pillows sunk in also. Beautiful but quality very bad.

Good purchase
The chairs look very nice and are very comfortable. Easy to assemble. One chair is perfectly balanced with no wobble. No big deal but one chair has a very slight wobble in the legs but I may be able to fix it by switching the two chair legs. Overall a great purchase, looks a lot more expensive than it is.

Nice chair
Comfortable, light weight, good materials. Well made assembly system, no wobble. I bought four and a couple of them were rocking a little, loosened the bolts again and was able to get the legs to settle evenly. Wife likes them so I do too.

Beautiful but Uncomfortable
The stools are beautiful with gorgeous details and a deep chocolate color, however the back of the stool sits too far back, and because of its smooth texture, one can tend to slide a bit. Additionally, the seat of the chair is extremely uncomfortable; more cushion may be needed to make it right. Iâm terribly disappointed with these stools!

These chairs were easy to put together! They look amazing and they were very affordable. I am very pleased with this purchase. You wonât be disappointed.

If I could give these chairs a ZERO I would
I purchased these chairs so I would have enough seating for Thanksgiving dinner. I was NEVER so embarrassed as I was when my guests were seated for dinner only to find the chair cushions were so uncomfortable they preferred to stand!!! The cushions felt as though a 500 pound person had sat on them causing the chair cushion to be extremely uncomfortable. If the 4 chairs were not already assembled I would return them forthwith!DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS JUNK.

Great stools but poor customer service!
Love the bar stools so far and they were easy to assemble and very sturdy. I am giving 3 stars because of their customer service. One stool came with a torn undercover and I have emailed them twice and still have not received a replacement.
