Perfect pan
This is a nonstick pan that performs exactly as advertised. Uniformly cooks the food and allows you to shift the food easily while cooking. I do very lightly add some olive oil or avocado oil to the cooking surface before cooking. Avoid cooking anything at really high temp and youâre good to go. It will clean up easily. Itâs a heavy pan and has a good sized cooking area. The lid is clear glass and sits securely on the pan. The lid handle does get hot so use an insulated mitt or cloth to lift it while cooking. I would recommend using wooden utensils to mitigate any potential damage to the cooking surface. I would recommend this product to anyone that wants a high quality cooking pan. I have had only positive experiences with this product.

Got this instead of Hexclad and so happy I did
I got the Hexclad frying pan – you know, the one that the great British chef Gordon Ramsay is peddling?? Yeah, that one. I was duped. It’s garbage – it’s barely nonstick, it heats up way faster than stainless steel and gets way hotter so EVERYTHING burns and then you can’t scrub it off. I’ll save the hexclad bashing for that review. But – I got this Circulon pan instead based on other reviews and after researching the company a bit and seeing how seriously they take their R&D. Anyway, this pan is PHENOMENAL. No sticking, the nonstick surface (supposedly) won’t scratch off like the CuisineArt one did, heats up rather quickly as it’s on the thinner side, not too heavy – and size is perfect. Highly recommend this pan – 10/10.

Cooks Well – happy with it
I am really happy with it so far. Have used to make it to make several things including chicken fried rice. It is a multi step process and it handled it very well and didnât need cleaning between the steps . Used it to replace an old cast iron pan. One of the best things is it doesnât spit oil on you when you fry.I did take one star off because I have a gas stove with grates & the bottom of the pan is already a little scratched. However, I am still planning to get another one because it cooks so well.

Beautiful pan, but Flimsy.
When I first opened the box, I thought, “WOW! What a beautiful pan”. Both the lid and pan looked great.However, when I picked it up, it felt light and flimsy.I then poured water into the center. It ran to the periphery leaving the center dry! If I were to lightly fry something in this pan the center would have little to no oil!The handle was uncomfortable. However, this may be attributed to me as I have quite large hands.I wrote to support at Circulon 3 times before purchasing purchasing pan. They never responded!I didn’t try cooking, so I don’t know about non-stick property. According to Circulon, the non-stick coating outlasts other non-stick by over 130X. This may be a good reason for you to try the pan. With Amazon, you can return it if pan is dissatisfactory.FYI, Hestan claims to have the longest lasting non-stick.

I was dubious about this. The pan is expensive. However it’s light and durable and it’s a hot to cook with. It’s easy to clean and so far it’s taken over every pan I use because it’s so nice to use. The only problem you might have is the shallow sides. Food comes out quite easily as the non stick is quite amazing.
