Great buy
I needed a cheaper couch for my basement. This is better than I thought it would be. We have had it several months now. It has not sagged or broken down. It is firm but comfy. My son loves to move the pieces around. It sits low to the ground so not like a normal couch with legs. The size is like a regular couch and it looks good! If you are in a budget I would recommend this. It is worth the money.

Small but comfortable
It is very comfortable but the back rest is very short and honestly the whole thing a little small

Comfy Couch!
This couch is perfect for what I need. My kids are grown and I live alone in a one bedroom apartment so this couch is perfect for me, however, if I were raising young children and still entertaining this couch would not work. It is definately on the smaller size and a bit low. Overall it is comfy and serves its purpose. Looks great in the room. The directions are accurate and it expands to size right away.

Mal servicio al cliente
El producto no funcionó, no estiró completamente y la tela donde uno se sienta se veía floja y arrugada. El problema que presento ahora es con Amazon, yo devolví el sofá porque no funcionó, llamé y expliqué y agendaron para hacer el pickup. Ahora bien han pasado 9 días desde que Amazon dice que ellos emitieron el reembolso y aún no se acredita en el banco, he llamado al banco y ellos no ven ninguna transacción que esté pendiente por acreditarse en la cuenta y estábamos hablando de $500. También el día que llame para hacer la devolución el Sr que me atendió me envió un email indicándome que Amazon iba a colocar en mi cuenta de Amazon $50 como medida de disculpa por lo del sofá ese llamada ocurrió el enero 25 y hoy estamos a febrero 10 y no tengo ni el sofá, ni el reembolso ni los $50. He llamado 3 veces al servicio de atención y lo único que dicen el dinero ya no está en Amazon, entonces donde está???? Porque a mi cuenta no ha entrado…. Y que según el obsequio de $50 aparecería el día de hoy en mi cuenta y tampoco apareció! Es indignante el trato y el servicio.

Great for the price, smaller than average furniture.
These sodas are surprisingly firm, but are smaller in size so not ment to seat larger family members. They look amazing and the quality of the sofas are great for the price. They come vacuum sealed in a box for easy assembly. Just open and let them expand on their own. I would have given a 5 star but the smaller scale size is the downfall. We ended up moving these to our movie room in the attic so it worked out for us. 4.5/5 stars if I could rate them down to the decimal!

Read and thick twice!
Honest opinion, I have neck and low back vertebrae and disc damage. The couch is ok. When it comes to the area of separation it is an issue. You will have to spend more money to solve the problem. Not true about it beinganti-slip and not true about the anti wrinkle. The fabric itself not sewn properly so it does mess up every time you sit and get up. Also the type of fabric is expected to be imprinted when you sit or lay down. When you get up just expect to have to press it out every time. The sewn crease is not exactly inline in every place I’ll take pictures to show. Pillows are bushy and hard.
