Great Modular Couch !!
I am extremely pleased with this couch. Love the gray color. It’s very sturdy with no assembly required. I hand fluffed the back cushions and pillows, the top of the ottoman and the seating area of the couch. It made a huge difference. After all..it was flattened to about an inch and a half for shipping and had all the air sucked out of it. So it needed a little help getting back to its original size and shape. It is medium firmness and gives great back support. The seat height is less than the 19.7″ advertised..but at 18″, much higher than most couches of this type, which are typically only 14 or 16″. The fabric is soft and plush. It looks and feels like a real couch, which is exactly what I was looking for. I like the versatility and being able to move the ottoman about and completely change the shape to suit my needs. It is a great value for the price. I absolutely love it! It looks amazing in my family / tv room. I have had so many compliments on it.

Cloud Nine Comfort, Easy to Move, Impossible to Leave
I absolutely love this couch! It’s surprisingly light, so I can move it around by myself without any hassle. The cushions are incredibly soft but still supportive, making it perfect for lounging or stretching out on the chaise. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up, no assembly needed, and the fabric feels silky and durable. It looks great in my space and is perfect for relaxing solo or with friends. Definitely worth every star!

My first ever purchase of a couch on Amazon! I have never bought a couch and was so iffy about it, but when I opened it I fell in love!Feels amazing, very pricey but soooo worth it.

Better than expected
The box was super heavy. The sofa inside was exactly as pictured. Im in love. As soon as I opened it up if expanded and is super comfy and sturdy. It nice and large and in perfect condition.

Very comfortable
Very comfortable and sturdy to sit on and I would consider it as a medium firm to firm to lay on. It fit perfectly in our living room. It actually looks like a regular couch. You can’t beat it for the cost. It does puff up very fast.
