A Very Cute Set of Tables for a Fantastic Price
I love the look of these tables. The were fairly easy to put together, although I would suggest not tightening the bolts at first until you can make everything line up correctly. The directions are in easy to understand English written by a fluent speaker. I put mine together in less than an hour. Most people could probably do it in half that time. People mentioned that the item was scratched up. Mine may have been very slightly. But under the black paint is a coppery-gold looking color and it actually looks like if you scratched it more it would be a distressed look that many people find desirable. I find it unnoticeable, and it may have happened to mine after I received it when I moved it in my trunk. There was one bracket that doesn’t line up perfectly and I didn’t feel like waiting to have it replaced, which I easily could have done. The screws don’t go in but I left them out and I don’t see how it would ever make any difference. It’s on the bottom shelf of the end table and the glass will fit in there perfectly and is adequately supported. I didn’t expect anything nearly this nice for the price. It’s attractive and the perfect height for the armrests on my couch. I’m interested in seeing what else they sell.

Close, but not perfect
Several years ago I purchased the entire Tanner table set from PB. I needed another set of nesting tables for my new house The originals are so expensive now! I decided to give these a shot based on the reviews and price. These tables are very close, not perfect, but extremely close to the Tanner set at PB. CONS: I had a few parts not match up completely, which left small gaps between pieces. These do look assembled and not soldered. The glass tops have stoppers in the corners instead of felt. The smaller table wobbles a little bit. PROS: assembly was easy, price, exact same size, the same leg shape and style, metal is slightly weathered like the originals. OVERALL: I am happy with my purchase. I cannot get over the tacky suction cup corners and will be replacing them with felt. I wouldnât buy large pieces from here but for smaller or accent tables, these will do the job. These are a B-

love these nesting tables
I really love these nesting tables. They look almost exactly like the ones from Pottery Barn which are way more expensive. I put my tables next to an accent chair in my family room, but they would look amazing between 2 accent chairs as well. I put together furniture a lot, and I found these to be a little bit tricky to put together. I would put all the bolts in loosely, then tighten them all up once everything is in place already. Also the suctions cups were really hard to fit in the little holes. I found the best method to be putting a bit of saliva on the end and then pushing it hard with the included allen wrench, and twisting it a bit, got it in the fastest. And even though the suction cups are visible, I believe they are very functionable in order to keep the glass securely fastened. You may need to do a bit of manuvering to get the smaller table out from under the larger table (legs get in the way a bit), so you want to make sure the glass is attached and won’t fall out (which it might if you replace the cups with felt). The glass does sit flush or slightly under the frame of the table (not above it like one reviewer said). Someone else complained that the glass was green and not clear, but to me it looks clear, the difference would be so minor, I don’t think anymore would notice. Also, I like the slightly distressed finish with a bit of brass poking through in some areas of the black metal. It is barely noticeable as well, but doesn’t bother me anyway. I think they look really high end, chic, and classic. These will never go out of style, and would work with any style room I think. You can move them around, keep them together, or separate them…there are just so many uses. They are not too big and not too small, just the right size. I wouldn’t hesitate buying them, just be prepared to take about an hour putting them together (while you watch tv at the same time ; ). The end result looks awesome, love these tables!

Great nesting tables for apartment size living room
My sister had me buy this for her to “match” another set of nesting tables that my other sister bought her from an expensive store. This set was less than half the price and looked identical. When she received it, she was upset that needed to be put together. She is usually unable to do anything for herself, which is why she had me order it for her. But I was shocked when she told me she was able to put it together herself. So clearly, it must be easy to do. She told me it did look identical to the expensive set except a small place where nobody would notice except her. And since she put it on the opposite side of the room with her 2 chairs, it is perfect.

I do like the fact each foot has a leveler so if …
The reason I give them 3 stars and not 1 or 2 is because I made them work. I am keeping them solely because the dimensions, color, and look are exactly what I need for my spaces and I really can’t find anything else to these exact specs in a higher quality. I bought 2 sets of these tables. You get what you pay for, and because the price-point is low…I suspected I was taking a risk. The finish just okay…, a little bumpy in places, color is a little inconsistent throughout but it’s subtle enough that it blends. If these were meant for more prominent places in my home, I would send them back…but they’re not, so I accept them for what they are. Out of the 2 sets (4 tables assembled), all 4 have at least 1 screw that won’t fit in at all, and 2-3 screws each that I rigged & forced in crooked to make it hold together. I do like the fact each foot has a leveler so if your floors are uneven or working with rugs & inconsistencies, the leveling is perfect.
