Perfect for outdoor spaces
Florida home builders loved putting small outdoor spaces between bedrooms in 1970-80s homes. I needed to replace my small outdoor rug with a larger one and this 6 x 9 outdoor rug is perfect. Love the black and white clean graphic design which reminds me of Ikat weaving which will lend itself to a variety of decorating styles. (does come in other colors). We receive lots of rain and sun, in Florida, and this is both fade proof and waterproof. Not gonna lie, I was surprised when it came shipped in a small carrying case but it unfolds easily and lays out flat pretty quickly. The larger sizes do come with four metal stakes to hold it in place making it an excellent rug to carry with you on camping/travel trips where you have to secure it temporarily and then fold it up and put it back in its carrying case. Would make a great beach carpet as it does fold up to a very manageable size and in the case it goes.

I ordered this to try down by our pool under our pergola that’s over our wooden deck. The deck area sees a lot of pool water, so I’m anxious to see how it holds up. It’s big enough so that I can keep some of it still anchored in position with patio furniture as there is no nonslip material to keep it from sliding. It comes with a nice storage bag and stakes and there are loops to hold it in each of the four corners if you’re using it like a picnic blanket or on grass I guess. I’m not so sure that it will fold back up into the storage container easily after my use. Just be aware that it is a plastic surface so it’s not comfortable to sit on like a traditional rug. It looks decent at a distance, but the beauty is in the fact that it’s completely waterproof.

Great Outdoor rug.
This looks good on our patio by our hot tub and would also be good in our foyer or mud room. It catches dirt easily, and hoses right off. Looks great too! And it seems pretty durable. Be advised that this seems to be a plasticy material, rather than fabric, so don’t expect it to be super soft on bare feet, but that’s not unexpected for outdoor rugs, and it absolutely leads to the ease of cleaning and expected long-term durability features, in my opinion. Two thumbs up!
