I ordered this couch in the color “chocolate” but we received “auburn.” Amazon worked really well with us on how to correct this. Due to the longer delivery time, we opted to keep the auburn color and accepted a partial refund. The couch itself came in one box and was fairly simple to remove! It was fully assembled- you just had to screw in the legs if you want them on. The back cushions are not attached to the couch, which I wish they were. They often move or need to be readjusted. However, that is my only feedback! My fiancé says the depth of the seats sit weird on his legs due to his height (5’11) but my 5’3 self is cozy! I find this couch very comfortable and cute!
