They look great in person — and are surprisingly heavy. Feel like a chair you’d pay a lot more for at west elm etc. Easy assembly and very comfortable. The cushions feel much more expensive than the relatively modest cost per chair.The only complaint I have is the horrible foam they use to pack the chairs in. It’s that type that disintegrates into a zillion staticy balls of foam which then sticks to everything including your hands and it’s damn near impossible to clean up. I wound up using a piece of packing tape to collect all the stuck foam bits from the parts and my hands/arms. This foam should be removed from the supply chain entirely and replaced with cardboard and or some other environmentally friendly, non frustrating option.
