Massaging function doesnât work
I ordered this chair for its massaging function and it doesnât work. Reached out to the manufacturer and they sent me a new remote. New remote did not work. They said it was the power cord, sent me a new power cord but was delivered to the wrong address. I donât recommend this product.

Unexpected Plastic Piece
I am enjoying sharing the experience I had getting this random plastic piece delivered to my house. It was exactly like the last random plastic piece I received. It definitely is not a chair and it also can not hold up my weight. I wonder what its purpose and usefulness is. I guess Iâll have to experiment some more.

This chair is not worth the money.
Waste of my money. I will never by furniture online again. There is no cushion on the seat for this chair. Very poor design. Cheaply designed chair.

This was not the part I thought I would be receiving according to the listing
This is not the part I thought I would be receiving going by the listing. Even if this was the part I wanted it came with no installation instructions and the part is flawed. I don’t know if you can see it in the pictures but there is a distorted area in the plastic that is domed in the middle of a flat edge. I don’t know how this is made but it looks like it didn’t cure right or was too hot or something. The listing was confusing and after reading “included parts: cup holder” I took it to mean that was the part I would receive. I did not, and the part I did receive is poor quality and without any information on how to install it.

Great quality parts and works
These sofa plastic parts fit perfectly with our recline chair and it looks great with it too. At first I was afraid the quality would not be the same for such a cheap price, but it turns out I was wrong. The quality of the parts are amazing. I was happy that I got this. It works perfectly with the chair too. Replacement is simple and easy, everything fits exactly to the chair, I donât really need much effort to replace the parts. Also instruction is very straightforward, you donât need much tools, everything comes with the parts for a smooth replacement, so far everything works well, we got no issue with it.

Listed as furniture 90-lb-weight, Really a TINY bit of cheap plastic
At the time I agreed to review this, it was listed as furniture, with a very clear description of a sofa, with a listed shipping weight of over 90 pounds. Admittedly, the photo was of a large recliner-chair, not the recliner-sofa they were describing, but I was actually fine with either the sofa or the chair.As it turns out, the listing was for neither and, in the end, they sent me a cheap bit of tiny plastic in a tiny envelope, which I am throwing away, because it serves no purpose and is actually too cheap to be used for anything.Can’t recommend this, because of the dishonesty in the listing.
