Great, comfortable chair at a good price
I needed a recliner/chair for my bedroom. Ordered this & it has been just what I wanted. Can spend a lot of time sitting in it & still be comfortable. Swivel ability helps very much. Recline feature is easy to pop out, a little difficult to close back. Not difficult to put together. Just a few big pieces (arms & back on the base chair). For this price, it’s a nice, comfortable chair. Very satisfied.

Not bad
I read just about all the reviews before buying the chair and decided to take a chance on it. Going to just get straight to the pros and cons.PROS:Easy to assemble. My chair did not come with directions but it is all self explanatory when you see the back and the armrests all slide into the base of the chair. Took me 10-15 minutes. There are two additional pieces that look like armrests, but you’ll realize they aren’t because there’s no cupholders. Just put the rest of the chair together, and you’ll find those two pieces slide on both sides of the back of the chair.The chair is comfortable in my opinion. Could you find a more comfortable chair? For sure, but relative to cost, I do feel like I’m getting the bang for my buck.CONS:The chair ships in two seperate boxes, and for me they arrived seperate as well. (About three days apart.) This wasn’t really a con for me as I anticipated it by reading the reviews, and the company also informed me they shipped separately. Just figured I’d forewarn any buyers.My chair came with a small rip in the leather that is not visible when the chair is put together. It wasn’t significant enough for me to send the chair back or contact the seller. I understand some people will find this unacceptable, but my expectations were in line with a 300 dollar chair that was shipped. Things happen, doesn’t mean yours will arrive with any rips.I’m 5’8. If your 6 feet or taller, your feet might hang off the end of the recliner. I’d look elsewhere.People in other reviews have mentioned that the cable you pull to recline the chair is flimsy and breaks easy. I’ve only had the chair for one day, but I see how it could potentially be flimsy. I’m taking it really easy when I pull the cable to recline to try to avoid any issues.If the massage feature is the selling point for you, I’d move along. It’s more of just a light vibration, and I didn’t expect anything more than that for the price.I’d give the chair 5 stars if it didn’t ship with the tiny rip in the leather, but other than that – none of the “cons” were deal breakers for me. I didn’t buy it for the massage feature, and I haven’t tried the heat. I’m very happy with it for the price and I hope this review helped somebody out, because I understand some of those cons can be deal breakers for people.

Nice choice!
Weâve had this chair for one year now. Itâs still comfortable, still functioning perfectly and looks great! The chair did require the assistance of my father to put it together, mainly because heâs more knowledgeable about putting things together and we knew it would be put together faster with his help. It was boxed up really well and included good instructions. When the massager is on, you can hear it, but itâs not too loud that you can watch tv or converse when itâs on. It doesnât have much lower back support, so we purchased a small pillow to address the issue. Overall, I am very pleased with this chair.

Not great
Ordered this chair for my dad after a medical procedure required him to stay at a certain angle at all times, and limited walking. A recliner was recommended and I landed on this one. Heated, massage, and reclines (for both the required angle and for getting his feet elevated since he couldn’t walk). I should have know better, but didn’t want to spend a fortune on a chair. Plus with it being winter, and him only being a 115 pounds, I thought this was a good idea because it was heated and the message feature may help with recovery. The instructions for set up were fine. My sister and I got it together relatively quick. A few parts for the arms were faulty (welding in place on an angle), so we had to leave a few of the plastic pieces off. Got it together, tried it out. The heat worked, but the massage is a joke. My sister described it best, it just sounds like a loud cat purring. There isn’t even a vibration. I brushed it off. Oh well, no massage and the arms don’t have all the support pieces, we could get through that. I had to have something ASAP. And then day 2, the foot rest started falling. I can’t image at 115 pounds it was because of his weight. There is no reason that it should be falling immediately. We were forced to put objects underneath the foot rest to keep it up. I was left with no choice but to buy a second chair from a store, because I could not trust ordering one online again.

assembled fairly easily and directions were good to follow, comfortable and heat is nice, massage gentle but relaxing. cup holders great feature and swivel/ rocker good too, didnt want electric reclining and the pull cord reclining mechanism works but bit awkward location, overall love my new chair 🙂

I was surprised by the size of the box that this complete reclining chair arrived in. It was packaged very well, and every part was accounted for. Everything for assembling the chair was included, even the Allen wrench to tighten all the screws.The instructions were clear and understandable. It was a bit intimidating at first but once I started following the numbered steps, I quickly began to figure out the assembly process. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the chair.Here are some features that I like:1- Chair is comfortable.2- It swivels, rocks, and reclines.3- It has an adjustable heating option.4- It has an adjustable vibrating option.5- Wired remote for heating and vibrating is easy to operate.6- Mechanism to recline chair is smooth and easy to activate.7- Has two cup holders. (One on each arm rest)8- Chair looks attractive.I included pictures of the chair after complete assembly. The fabric seems a little wrinkled from packaging but after a while, it all straightens out and the chair looks great. My wife and I are about 5 feet 9 inches tall, and the chair is perfect for us. Its not made for a very tall or big person beyond our size but should be adequate for most adults.The chair feels comfortable to sit on. It feels supportive on the bottom and back and the arm rests have enough foam for comfort. I do like the massage feature. You can preset one of the four massage modes or just choose auto-mode and it will cycle through all the featured massage functions. The chair reclines far enough that you could enjoy a nap easily on this chair. One thing I should mention though is that the chair cannot be positioned close to a wall. It needs quite a bit of room for the reclining option. We have the chair set in a corner, so the chair isnât taking up a lot of extra space in our living room.The side pocket is convenient as you can store the wired remote easily. The chair feels stable even when not is the reclining position. Its not flimsy, the swivel function is smooth and quiet. There isnât any vibration or noise when rocking either.Overall, I really like the look, build quality, and comfort of this chair. For the price, it is a good value. It looks and feels much more expensive.

I have seen and tried many recliner chairs in my life, but for some reason never owned one. They are generally expensive and bulky. Some come in sets and are very comfortable to sit on. So when I saw this Swivel Rocker Recliner chair under my recommendations, I did not even think twice. Please read on for all details about this Swivel Rocker Recliner chair.Packaging and safety: âââââI always give high importance to how the product is packaged. This is because the quality of packaging can really affect the safety of the product inside. The COMHOMA Swivel Rocker Recliner chair was beautifully packed inside a cardboard box. Every part was neatly protected with plastic wrapping as well. The box is a little heavy so it is always better to carry it with more than one person. Overall I am very happy with the way it was packed. 5-StarsAssembly and instructions manual: ââââIt took me about 20-25 minutes to complete the assembly. The Instruction manual is well written and you just need to follow the manual to complete the assembly. All the required tools and parts are provided in an air-tight packaging. Also the parts of the recliner chair are surprisingly not very heavy and are easy to handle. Only downside I felt is that while assembling the side sections, it was a little difficult to tighten the screws since the synthetic material with zippers is so tight and very difficult to access without ripping it. Do this very carefully as the material could get ripped. You donât need to go searching for any tools. I love this feature. A little concerned with the side sections, so only 4-Stars for this one.Color and material quality: âââââI got the beige color and it looks very beautiful. The material is very soft to sit on and feels comfortable. My 10 year old daughter uses it always and it is very hard to make her move from it ha ha. She just loves it.The black cup holder is good but comes off pretty easily as there is nothing strong enough to hold it in place. There are some cables coming out of the chair at the rear and it is well covered with velcro tape. No part is exposed that is not good to look at. There are side pockets that are very useful to keep your nitty gritty stuff. Overall, I’m very happy with the color and material quality. 5-StarsRecliner, Swivel and Rocker functions: âââRecliner – Not sure why but the recline function is activated by pulling a small lever with metal cable. This is neatly tucked between the seat and right side armrest. Why not make this into a small button that can be pressed and in a more convenient location? For example, on one of the arm rest pieces and located outside. This way it will be easier to use. Currently, it is pretty hard to pull and activate the recline function. I am not very happy with this one.Swivel – Swivel is very smooth and functional. I havenât had any problem using this one.Rocker – Rocker is good and works as expected.Only thing I donât like is the way the recliner lever is located. So only 3-Stars for this oneMassage and Heat: âââThere is a big difference between massage and vibration. Massage means something will have to move/rotate that can flex the muscles or skin. But for this chair, it is only vibration. The product page should mention this as âVibration and Heatâ and not âMassage and Heatâ as there is no massage function on this recliner chair. The different modes – Upper back, mid, lower back and legs are only good for getting the same vibration effect, but do not give any massage. I was disappointed with this feature as there is no massage function on this recliner chair, but just vibration.Heat is good as it can give a little bit of relaxation to the body if you really want it. Also could be good during the winter season. But heat with vibration is not very effective in my opinion.Not very happy with this, so only 3-StarsFloor contact: ââI need to mention this as it is very important. The recliner chair is mounted on a metal ring and it is not very well protected where it makes contact with the floor. Not sure why but there is no proper rubber/plastic padding at the bottom. I have laminated flooring, and am really concerned about keeping it over the floor. Because of this risk, I am using a carpet to keep this recliner chair on. Not very happy about this part, so giving only 2-StarsOverall, the recliner chair is a good addition to my living room furniture set and it looks beautiful, except for the downsides I mentioned above in my review.Thanks for reading.
