Excellent Customer Service!!
When I originally ordered this item, it came without all the drill bits and the battery wouldn’t charge. I arranged for a return/replacement and printed off the label to return the defective set. I didn’t even get the label on the return set when the replacement showed up at my door! All parts there, battery/charger working excellent. Very happy with the customer service. In this day and age, it is rare to receive the best.Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

I love my tool set!
This set is great it has everything I could ever want and the cute bage keeps everything in one place. The drill is 20 volts which makes it very powerful it also isn’t heavy and fits in my hand I am 5 feet tall and have little hands. But it is full size fit for women’s hands .Every tool is high quality not lightweight kiddy stuff but REAL tools. Now I’m searching around my house looking for things to fix! My husband was also impressed he has every tool in the world but his stuff is to bulky or heavy for me to use. Plus I usually lose things not I have my own personal tools and I’m loving it.

Great starter tool set
I got this for my daughter as a part of her housewarming gift. Not too expensive in case she breaks or loses something. But still good quality. Everything works as it should. And it’s pink!

Girlâs Best Friend!!
I had a few home projects coming up and knew a power drill would make them go much easier. So far Iâve put together a set of bunk beds and a dresser with this drill and it worked great. The bits come out a little easy so make sure you tighten the end of it before drilling. Iâve only charged this once so far and itâs lasted through a 10 hour project and a 2 hour project without needed recharging. Itâs pink, light weight and comes in a cute little bag. I anticipate using this pretty frequently in the future!!
